Service has been horrible lately. I would say about 70% of time the service is extremely slow. I'm glad to see more than 2 people in there but still, so slow. Today for instance did a mobile order. Said it would be ready at 741. Arrived at 739 and checked in at the walk up window. Didn't get my 2 drinks until 756. I waited next to the window for 15 minutes. At the very least the company should be having accurate wait times. So sad to see this location go from the best in the tulsa area to another slow DB

Bad quality of service. My friend and I did a mobile order because we knew that it would take a while to get our drinks (Just wait). We decided to pick up at the widow thinking that it would be the quickest. Biggest mistake, we stood in 30° weather for nearly 40 minutes while the employees did the drive thru. I get that the location is busy but I would think because of the quality of the weather and with it being so cold they would try to make the window the main priority so the costumers aren't in the elements for too long.So again BAD SERVICE AND BAD TIME MANAGEMENT Extremely disappointed.

The kid working the drive thru window 1/27/23 wearing the brown carhart beanie needs severely to be retrained or fired. I felt like the line was taking awhile but just throught oh well idk what's going on inside but as I got closer I watched him talk to the car in front of me for 7 minutes just chit chatting out the window giggling. Over all with 3 cars in front of the drive thru took 23 minutes (I had a spare 17 minutes so that should've been more than enough time to get coffee right...wrong) and every car in front of me just got a single coffee, no big orders. By the time I got to the window I wasn't even sure what I ordered anymore so when he asked "iced Carmel whatever" I just said "yeah I guess" and oh my gosh did he make it a big deal about me not remembering exactly what my drink was and then go get other employees who were making drinks and eventually I just had to speak up and tell him to give me the damn drink. So unnecessarily difficult and then reacted to me as if I had no reason to be frustrated with his terrible service. Oh and the best part is when they still ask if you want to tip lol

All the broistas are super sweet at this location but they have ZERO sense of urgency. They will chit chat and stand around while there are 20-30 cars in line and only have one girl making drinks while two other employees are standing there. They will have an employee taking out the trash, stocking, and just clock out even when they are extremely backed up. I went Saturday before work and was late because it took over 30 minutes! There was ONE person in front of me at walk up. ONE. The employees are all very young but I have never worked a job where you leave at the time you are scheduled to leave if you are that slammed. It's just shouldn't work that way in customer service jobs. When they first opened and had employees from Oregon and other stores they did amazing! Now I'm always prepared for at least a 30 minute wait for a cold brew. I love Dutch but I'm so disappointed in this location.
