Dutch Bros Coffee

Great drinks today! The coffee taste fresh! The line issue could be a little better with more menus around then right by the front window . So make sure you have your app ready to look over it and see what drinks you want! The staff is always so kind here . Hannah was very nice even in the mess of being crazy busy !

The ordering process in the driveway is daunting if you don't know their menu. You will not see a menu until you are almost to the pickup window, AFTER someone takes your order on an iPad. And that's not even the full menu. Order at the walk up window if you are weirded out about processes like this. I wish you could order ahead in their app, it would make life easier lol. The workers are usually friendly, but we have had a couple that are annoyed by questions. Goes back to the non-visible menu thing. Now for the drinks: all of the iced coffee drinks we have tried taste the same. It doesn't matter if you order a seasonal, peppermint type drink, a pumpkin drink, a coconut mocha.....if you order anything with a dairy alternative milk, they all taste like milk with a very slight coffee flavor. The tea drinks are flavored well, borderline too sweet, but at least they taste like something. Not sure why this chain is so popular. There are a TON of other coffee places within a half mile of this spot. Pick somewhere else unless someone gives you a gift card.

I like Dutch Bros! And this location is in a great spot. If you're not familiar with the menu, it is a little harder to order if they come to you with the iPad. I always try to look online before they come since the menu is around the corner. I always look for low carb options too, and they have some decent options and a few sugar free flavors. I do think the price is reasonable compared to Starbucks and even 7 Brew. I've actually always had really kind staff at every location I've been in all of Oklahoma. And they are cute little spots for generally quick service. I had a little bit of a wait on a Saturday late afternoon, but that's to be expected anywhere in Tulsa/BA. I'm a fan!

Hmm, I'm reading everyone else's review and wondering if I went to the same place-There was one car in front of me but the young lady that came out with her iPad ordering device was acting like there was a line of 20 cars- after taking my order she was literally walking away while still telling me "you are going to have to pay up front because this......voice trailing off.... Lord, have mercy- what? I approached the window and the next young lady was rushing to give me drink- no problem, also handed me her device to sign and add tip if I wanted- Variety- maybe I missed that too- when I think of a lot of variety- I think of Scooters or Starbucks- this was kind of streamlined but maybe I missed something- see my pic. Not very friendly- not a lot of variety but $5 for a small drink- more expensive than other places I thought. I have used coupons at other coffee places as well- Hmm, I wasn't impressed. I did get a blended drink and it was watery- It reminded me of the iced coffees from QuikTrip- good but doesn't cost $5. Not a fan of this location.

Fast and friendly service, try the Hot Americano with an extra shot! Love the selection of beverages.

I've been wanting try this new location but the line has been crazy. Yesterday, I drove by and only 1 car in the drive thru so I pulled in and pulled up to the window. I had my debit card out to pay and I mention it's my first time had to my surprise they tell me to put my card away because the first drink is on them! So unexpected but nice! I got the cocomo which is a coconut mocha with cold foam on top. Destiny was AMAZING!!! Give that girl a raise!!! I'm trying it again today but I think they have made me a convert from SB.

From the drinks to the service to the ambiance is just great this Dutch bros on Kenosha in broken arrow they have never gotten a drink wrong as a matter of fact I have to say there the best one by far and the workers there are always inviting and very friendly.can't ever go wrong with Dutch bros.

The Dutch Bros in BA is my absolute favorite to go to! I feel like I can get more bang for my buck because of the drink size & the variety they have. When the drive thru gets busy, they get you taken care of in no time! When i go, I always ask for Creed, he is always so kind and makes the MOST incredible drinks, never disappoints!! Would highly recommend! Give that kid a raise!!

Multiple times I've gone through the drive through and spent the better part of 30 minutes awaiting to get to the window on my way to work. There is typically only one or two vehicles in front of me yet they still take an average of 10 minutes. Do not waste your time. Go to 7 brew half a mile East. 2 minute turn around every time.

There is a certain employee at the BA location that is so busy being a chatty Cathy that the lines were back up almost to the street. This is a chronic problem with this particular person . It gets so bad that I almost pulled out of line and left even after placing my order. She can take an order quickly and efficiently when needed but seems to ignore the facts of a backup even when seeing it. I really do like Dutch Bros coffee and 99% of the time service is efficient and quick.
