They only had one person in the place working I commend her she was working drive thru counter and placing orders. She did her thing but i fault whoever is manager for only staffing her

So excited to see this location! Their drip coffee is so good and all donuts were fresh and perfect. We ordered a half dozen and two coffee drinks and everything was so good! The Boston Crème donut is one of my favorite and theirs is spot on goodness. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. Definitely going to be one of our regular coffee spots due to convenience of location.

Just there. I guess the bad attitude ladies that work there want the owner to go out of business. No donuts in the case balked at warming the couple of cold donuts in the back. I wanted 2 dozen mixed had to settle for 2 donuts and 5 cold munchkins. Place was dirty no cleaning after spills and at least 6 angry customers, many leaving because app orders were not fulfilled.

Coffee was cold when I got it and they were out of medium cups gave us large cups instead and filled it half way. Waited over 15mins for my order. How does a store run out of medium cups? They should inform the customer ahead of time not at the window so we can change our order

Normally fast service... but lately it's been taking longer and longer to fulfill orders. 25 min stuck in the drive through for coffee is ridiculous

Ordered a coffee from here twice. Both times the drink was mixed so bad it was undrinkable! Second time the cup was barely over half full...The food was also cold. Donuts were okay I guess.

If you're in a hurry, do not go through their drive-thru. It's the slowest in town. But I do love their frozen coffees!

Went to get coffee, seemed like three people didn't know what was on their menus, they had no expression on their face when receiving what we ordered and we were missing some of our order

Awful. Waited 25 minutes for donut and coffee. No one in line in front of us. Avoid this place.

Took my family in at 8:30 in the morning, waited 10 minutes almost, nobody even said anything to any of the people standing in line inside. I asked if they were going to serve the inside customers the manager lady in a white shirt just kind of looked at me like well it's not my problem. Everybody had headsets on and nobody said anything to us. There were two people who were standing in line waiting infront of us. Lord only knows how long. Listen. Inside paying customers are just as important as the drive thru. If you dont want to serve in your shop, dont open a store front and just have a drive thru. Also if you're going to have a drive-through open at 8:30 in the morning at a coffee and donut shop. You might want to have more than two people working the front. b u l l s h i t
