Dunkin'

You could improve absolutely everything to be honest. I've been there 6 or so times and the only thing you can rely on is how completely terrible or an experience it will be. I'm not going back, Today they sold me jelly munchkins without the jelly Smfh

Pros: ordering through the app is so convenient. And if you order through the app, you can be in and out of this location in less than five minutes.Cons: This location makes me so angry. I ordered a maple bacon croissant and they were out of the maple bacon, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They insisted the only thing they could do is regular bacon, but they would add more of it. After much arguing, they eventually agreed to give me a rain check. after I use my rain check I never came back to this location.

I travel frequently to the east coast for work and regularly frequent Dunkin' when out that way. I'm glad that we have this location so close to where I live in BA. So I gotta keep things real here, it's Dunkin'. We know they don't make the donuts fresh in store any more, we know they have a LOT of coffee selections that are solid but not the highest quality in the world, but I gotta say, I've never had bad service here. I do use the APP to order ahead 95% of the time and I frequent enough I am known by name when I pull thru. That of course helps. I do like that they have decaffeinated options available that other large coffee chains simply don't. It's part of why I go here on the regular. The donuts are good, but again, shipped in. I am a HUGE fan of the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich. They are delicious and a slightly more healthy option. The other breakfast sandwiches are pretty good too for fast food options. Overall, we have to take in to account this is a chain, albeit the only one of this chain in NEOK, I think they do just fine. Staff again is always friendly, they work through busy times quickly, and they deliver what they have to offer.No complaints from me! Cheers!

Why is Dunkin' the ONLY donut store that is 15 degrees inside? It is impossible to eat your food inside because it will freeze while you are eating it. The employees all have to wear hoodies so their bodies don't go into hypothermia. Plus, these old frozen donuts have no flavor. Ever. This makes me sad because the Dunkin' in OKC area are great. Please fix it!

I am so over this location! This is the SECOND time I have been there and they have said they're completely out of donuts. HOW can you be out of donuts when that's literally what you're known for. So annoying!

First thing I saw when I walked in was the very limited selection of donuts. They only had glazed, and couple others. How are you going to have donuts in your name and not have donuts? When we ordered, it took about 5 minutes got our coffee, which was very subpar. We waited a whole 10 minutes, and a lady asked if we were waiting on anything else. They had forgotten that we ordered food! The sandwiches were bland, hash browns were mediocre. The workers were joking and playing around which is probably why they forgot about our food. Worst experience I've had at any place period.

I want to give this Dukin a better revie because my family goes there all the time and they do serve good coffee (not burnt, solid Dunkin' flavor 10/10) but there cream filled dounuts are never filled enough. Sometimes they are dry/staleish, which I could live with, but when you pay for a cream filled donut and there is literally no filling-just a nothingness vapor its really disappointing.still the best coffee shop in the Tulsa area

I went there right after 8 in the morning and the box of glazed doughnuts they gave me was so old. They had to have been made at least the morning before. Very stale and disappointing.

Wouldn't even give them a star if it was an option.. the girls working the drive thru are incompetent, disrespectful, & unable to complete simple requests.. Please stay in school kids, or you will end up at this Dunkin' & hate your life like the rest of the workers there.

This location will never receive another dollar from me. The manager Ethan was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my colleague and I while trying to correct an order that we received. We ordered through Door Dash and rather than asking questions to understand he blamed the dasher. When we pushed back because the dasher doesn't bag orders the manager said "well if it's that important to you, you can bring the incorrect order back and we can swap it." The manager was rude, short, and poor at taking responsibility. I will never spend money here again.
