Probably the biggest and best Western wear and boot store I have ever seen.Great selection of everything you can think of--boots, belts, shirts, jeans, hats, housewares, etc.Near the Tulsa airport, but a bit tricky to find with a GPS.Highly recommended.

We are in Tulsa for a wedding and I needed to buy a last minute item to wear to the wedding. We (me, my wife, and a few of her cousins) ended up all buying cowboy boots and more. The selection was amazing. The service was excellent. We are not used to people being so genuine and kind in NYC. Carolyn (who helped us) went above and beyond for us; in terms of customer service and general kindness. I'm so happy with my Lucchese boots!! GREAT EXPERIENCE AND VALUE.

If you want that kind of cloths, these guys have it all. Straw and felt hats. More jeans than most places, many styles of Levis and Wranglers. Wrangler shirts. I like the clearance rack. It can be a problem finding someone to help, but they are trying not to price themselves out of the market, with labor costs. Very nice man working in men's jeans. Many brands of boots. Cloths for women and kids too.

Horrible customer service. Wandered around until finally we found someone to help. Had no idea about anything. Asked another worker for help she too instead of showing us where something was located pointed in a general area and looked as though it put her out having to help us. Also prices were ridiculous and for that kind of customer service they should be cheaper.Better of going down the road to Cavenders.

Not bad Western outfitters store located in what i refer to as Tulsa's motel ghetto. It appears to have a large variety of goods.Prices are about standard, not real low not real high.Contrary to what other reviewers have said, staff seems pretty attentive.

Better know what time they close. No announcement or anything. Girl helping me w boots was nice. She watched me walk to clothes, few min later - pitch black. Had to feel way to front. Could hear some girls talking but no one responded to me. Then the mgr I assume asked me what I was doing - like I was up go something. Really? No thanks

The majority of my family prefer western type clothing. It is awesome to be able to shop for everyone, even those who don't wear western wear, all in one place. I have already started shopping for Christmas gifts, and this is a yearly stop for me.

I believe this is Bootbarn now. These type of clothes are usually pricey but we managed to get the pearl snap shirts on sale & some straw hats that were more affordable then the felt hats. The lady who helped us with the sizing was very nice & tried to show us as many options.

The store manager is the most rude and non-service minded employee I've met. My $200 pair of work boot's sole is peeling apart after 4 months, and the inside material on the heel is coming away from the boot. He walks up, looks at the boots, and tells me he can't exchange them. No questions as to what happened, just automatically knew he was going to say "no." Very short in his answers and acted like I was really bothering him. This is the fifth pair of work boots I've bought from them, plus all my jeans. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again, ever.
