We got a call that my husband's glasses were ready, so I went to pick them up for him since he was busy. They told me to wait in the lobby, and they called the last name the glasses are under. Mind you!! we have been here 3 times in a row trying to get these dang glasses back-- and we left the first time since we got pissed. They call the name, very nice lady, i explained what happened with the frames that we left with them. She said "i'll be right back." I waited for a split second, just to see the older woman that has harassed me and my husband Which is also VERY racist. The older lady walked past the younger one, and she said something about me. 100 percent about me, because I am wearing a hijab. She came out with the most UGLIEST and RUDEST face with her hands in her pocket, and her grouchy voice. "MAAM." excuse me? She has the biggest filter with different people. She didn't end up giving me the frame which we already payed for having the lenses in for. This is Racism and Discrimination, all for wearing a headscarf. Everyone in that clinic is amazing-- EXCEPT THIS LADY. She has a money piece, i think. I was too busy telling her off. This is UNBELIEVABLE. the 3rd time, seriously? If she knew she would get told of she would NOT have come and talked crap to ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, and come around and help me. A lawsuit was a choice, and we are still thinking about it. I hope everyone in the store understands why I crashed out like I did because it is 2024 people. Get your self together. Racism is NOT a joke and will not be tolerated in my eyes. A man on the phone told us I could grab them, easy. This is unbelievable. Worst service with her and her only. Do not go and if you do, don't leave without a fight. Stand up for yourself because it is NOT acceptable.All for a headscarf.

Every time I've been to this location the front office staff has been rude. I sent my fiancé there to pick up my prescription which is MY patient information and they were rude to him. Even though I called ahead!And then wrote on my prescription in sharpie (EXPIRED) where a signature was supposed to go. First of all, I know it's expired! I just don't want to go to you all anymore cause you're rude. I also don't want to answer questions that are provided on the prescription to my new Doctor. Second of all, it has an expiration date already on the prescription. The defacing of my personal health documents with a sharpie was unnecessary and tacky.

If you have small children do NOT use this place. My CHILD lost his glasses that he has only had for a couple weeks. There warranty does not cover lost/stolen glasses. It only covers if they are broke, but you have to make sure you have all the pieces or that will void your warranty. Also, they advertise that you can get your glasses in a hour bc their lab in onsite. My other child has been waiting 3 WEEKS for his glasses which are flagged to be in mid next week. (So almost a MONTH).

The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance issue. The exam was quick but comcomplete. All of the staff was kind and patient with us. The care they provided for us was beyond what I expected. The Optometrist made sure to answer all of our questions too. It was a great experience!

I have never written a review in my life but I had to share my recent experience. Lengthy but hopefully helpful to those looking for an eye clinic. I've been coming to this clinic since 2011 and have been getting both contacts and glasses from them. I have continued coming purely out of convenience but I have always had below average service, but nothing major. I came in April 12th for contacts and was told they would give me a call when they came in. Mind you, this is just for my contact trials. May 3rd I called and was told they still hadn't arrived. I called May 17th (one month later) and was told they were on back order. I even asked the woman I spoke to if that was normal and she didn't seem sure, but she seemed very confident that they had not arrived so of course, I believed her. I called today, June 19th, and was told that my trials had been in since April and that they've contacted ME twice. I received no texts, calls, or voicemails. The girl I spoke to said I would need to come in before July 1st or they would send them back to the manufacturer. I was appalled. I came in an hour later, spoke to two very kind girls since there was no manager at 4:00 (they close at 7:00). They informed me that the tech that I had spoken to both times in May no longer works with them and that they had issues with this certain employee. I let them know I had no problem waiting, but that I did have a problem with two months going by since my initial appointment with absolutely no other form of contact if they had been there the entire time. If they were going to send this back in two weeks time on July 1st, I would've expected some other form of communication, especially since I had been a loyal patient of theirs for 13 years.I truly do not know who is to blame or what story is true; if my contact trials truly were sitting there since April, if they had just arrived today, if it was one certain tech in the wrong, etc. I do believe there needs to be a better system for communicating with patients so that this doesn't happen again to any other patient.
