Don Carlton Honda

I wish there was a ten star rating!. I used to be an avid Toyota owner, and used to sell cars at Toyota. I also worked at a customer service manager at VW & Audi in the service department... So I've seen it all as an employee and as a customer. I can't say enough how amazing these people are. They truly go out of their way to get you the best deal on service and purchasing a vehicle. The waiting rooms are plush and cozy. I really love their theater room. Sami and Mo are the go to guys, and you can't go wrong with any of the sales guys, they are all equally kind and don't pressure you like other dealerships. The service team is the best!. Their communication is what ensures a great experience. If you're in the know, there are no surprises!. I recommend Don Carlton Honda of Tulsa to anyone... Oh yea... And get the Civic Touring, it's loaded like a Lexus without the hefty price tag.

4 hrs to get an oil change in my moms car wow really DC. Your service dept used to be top notch but today was a total joke. It shh huh hold never take more than an hour to get an oil change @ any dealer especially when u have an express service dept. next time I'll just drive up to Bartlesville and save the headache of having my day wasted

I purchased a used car three weeks ago from this place. Not more than three weeks later in the shop with a 990.00 bill. Beware they don't check their cars out like they're supposed to. The whole reason a person buys a car from a dealership is to avoid lofty car repairs that a private seller won't tell you about. Don Carlton says they treat you like family in this case I sure don't feel like family I feel like more like a victim. Real nice to screw over families this car is supposed to be for my kid who is going away for college and he got stuck on the road two hours what a piece of junk I'll never buy from his people again they are liars and a scam artists. Lesson learned....Attached is a picture of their inspection sheet far from what they say they do they call it a "vigorous inspection" when they really do absolutely nothing and throw it on the lot .

We just purchased our Honda Civic Hatchback and Sam Badri was very kind and helpful in assisting us to get our vehicle ordered. He also got us a very good deal. I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda to go and see him. For sure we will be purchasing our next car from Don Carlton with the help of Sam. The financing people were also very nice and easy to work with.

I'm only giving two stars because the service advisor was at least friendly, and I didn't not book my service appointment with him directly, but rather online.I booked an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 11:15am. I arrived at 11:00 and met with a service advisor. I gave him my name and he asked what they were doing to the car that day...I specified that they were to do a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Nothing major, just a simple maintenance visit. I was informed that it would be at least a 2.5 hour wait and that I'd be better off to bring the car back at 7am the following day. I explained that I made an appointment for 11:15 and wanted the car worked on at or around 11:15. He stated that would not be possible, so I took my keys and went to South Pointe Honda, where they worked me in on extremely short notice and got me in and out in ~45 minutes. Much nicer facility, too. I will not be returning to Don Carlton for service on my wife's Honda.

Make sure to take pictures and videos before and after the service, ask them to explain exactly what they did, and take a note.

Service Dept. misplaced my paperwork. Waited 2 hrs for oil change. Service girl apologized but you would figure they would give me a discount on the bill. Nope.

Carlton for over two weeks for just shocks lie to multiple times about previous maintenance done on the car by the dealership was blamed for the scrape guard underneath the car coming off after picking it up, which is impossible because any of the securing mount or holes had no tears which means screws were never in placewas again about several things and just okey-doke been taking my car since I bought it but never again

Took my Honda Odyssey in to have the side door repaired. Was told the door engine needed to be replaced for $800. Then two days later was told the engine did not fix the problem and the hinge would need to be replaced for an additional $1300. WHAT A SCAM!!

What a great buying experience. I've bought 4 cars from Don Carlton and each time it just gets better. I got the SUV I wanted at the right price. They offered the amount I wanted for my trade without haggling. What else could you ask for in a dealer?! When you go there be sure to ask for Sam Bedri you won't leave disappointed!
