Dollar General

I have to say that this dollar store is conveniently close to where I live, but lacks associate's. Everytime I do Go in there's always one register open, and a line of customers waiting.Is it isn't dirty and its well kept up but like I said earlier it lacks associates , the associates they do have do not seem nice, don't really smile, and don't say thank you or have a nice day or anything, therefore feel the way that you did coming in when you leave.

STORE REVAMPED AND MUCH IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE I want to start by saying that in the past I have had extremely bad experiences in this store. Yesterday however, the store had been cleaned and organized, and the clearance aisle items had price tags. In the past, the store looked like a garage sale and clearance aisle was full of items without price tags.The reason for the five stars is completely based on a new employee named Nesha who went out of her way to help my mom and I find the sale items in the ad. We had multiple questions, and she answered in a friendly and professional way. She was very busy cleaning and taking out the trash, but she dropped everything just to help us. I expect that kind of service at Saks Fifth Ave, but I was shocked to basically have a personal shopper at Dollar General. Also, the manager was on the floor making sure the long line of customers at the checkout were being helped quickly and efficiently. I don't know his name, but he deserves recognition too. I am thinking he must be the new manager because the store has improved so much in appearance, organization, and customer service. I had stopped shopping here for a long time due to bad customer service and the store being a mess, but I will be going back to shop their sale ad regularly from now on. Nesha if you see this, thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I had to use the bathroom very badly Ross shopping. I had a quite full of things. And I know that they have a customer bathroom. My stomach is boiling and things started to not be in control I was not in control of what was happening. Customers would like are you all right are you all right, I was like no what was in me was coming out. I was so embarrassed. I asked the lady could I use your bathroom and she said no the key was broken off into it. I asked you please I got to go I got to go it's coming down on your floor, with no avail did she allow me to use the bathroom I was so embarrassed and I am a senior citizen. She was busy just talking to this guy somebody she knew. I would prefer to pay more for what I get then go back to that store. Everything was out of order it was dirty and everything! I was so embarrassed I will never go back

Manager can't read simple instructions and was rude to boot. I go into a dollar general usually daily if not 2 or 3 times a day! I have gone into this one several times . The manager didn't have a name tag or I would have put her name. The employees that usually help me were not there ! The manager not employee there couldn't help me. Which made me quite angry!

It's your basic Dollar General. Small aisles. Friendly people. Cheap prices.Hate the parking area, though. Go to Google Maps and take a look. Big trucks block the customer parking/entrance all the time. I'd park around back but I'm lazy and it's hot in Tulsa. :)

All Chinese merchandise not a fan. They do not sell products that I think I'd purchase. I will pay more and drive farther for better quality and America made products
