We purchased a vehicle in May 2019. Dealership did not provide the lien release when purchased. They provided once we asked about it. Next, they added on a warranty that was neither asked for nor explained other than "you need it" and "it covers everything". Took it in to the local dealership for a repair and guess what. They never filed the warranty paperwork.Be very careful about this dealership.

Doenges ToyotaHello there, I would highly recommend that you make sure what you want before you buy from them! Tomas Roach tried to sell me Toyota Corolla IM and told me that my car had heated seats. Which it did not after I had bought the car. I was mislead and these guy really got me mad! I refrain from cussing this man out because I was so mad ! The first week after I bought my car, the car adapter which Toyota provide for the cell phone burn my phone S7 and the adapter and wire. I took in for service and never got an good explanation as to why this happen! Furthermore I had to continue to contact them and try and find out what exactly happened! For god sakes this is a brand new car! I believe the management there at Dungeness is very poor! Another issue was that finance company was never contact until almost my payment was due!I had to be assertive to make sure that the finance company was contacted before my payment was due.I was told by the Toyota finance department that another department didn't do their job. I would do your research very thoroughly before you even walk into this building! Or look for a better Toyota dealership that will stand behind their Word! Don't get stuck with a sack of potatoes!

We put a new set of tires few months ago and they got broken one ( of course wasn't they fault) sensor on wheel ,so I end it up paying almost $400 the guy told me that is very common ( I doubt it )

Service recommended a tire alignment with no tire wear sign of need, recommended a major $2000 engine gasket replacement for an oil leak I don't see after four months of level checks after every fill up and no signs of any fluid leak in the garage. Saw them tell another customer they also had an oil leak that they should repair on the same visit... Draw your own conclusions, I have mine. I have a 2011 Tundra I bought there.

I was in Bartlesville visiting family, and needed the master key PIN for the door locks. They wanted to charge me $60 for 15 minutes to connect my car to their service computer. In Dallas, dealerships do this same service for free. So I have to wait until I get back home to retrieve my PIN. Sad.

The service at this dealership has really gone downhill. I took my 1989 Ford F-150 here for an oil change. Next day, huge oil leak. The filter was half way on and the bolt in the oil pan was over tight causing it to strip. Not even an I'm sorry, can we help you fix it from the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go to another place. If you have to go for warranty service, take your car to Bob Hurley Ford in Tulsa.

Fast friendly service. I bring all my vehicles to Doenges Ford for oil changes. The service staff is polite and professional and they strive to meet their commitments. I've had extremely positive experience buying a new car from the sales team, everyone was very helpful and polite with follow-ups after the purchase.

Awful experience today. We purchased tires for life at Doenges Toyota and had a tire that needed changed. The tire was severely damaged and the service department (large, bald man) told my wife that they would not be changing the tire and literally told her to leave!!! I was on the phone with her at this time and was baffled at his rudeness. We simply want to be safe. We will no longer be using or recommending Doenges Toyota. They do not honor what you pay for and don't hesitate to treat you like trash. I would give them a zero if I could. If you want a Toyota you might as well go to Fowler Toyota in Tulsa at least they are helpful.

My husband and I came in with Prius and dealt with both the sales and service departments. Super nice and extremely helpful. We're from AZ & have never received such great service at a dealership. Even though they had been swamped (post-Covid catch-up) they took care of our Prius battery while we waited, making call to out-of-state dealership to get needed warranty info, etc.
