Truck was taken in for body work after a deer accident in November of 2021. It's the end February of 2022 now and we still do not have the truck back. The body work has been completed (they say) but we are now waiting for the truck to be seen at the Dodge dealership. Doenges called and told us to pick the truck up without all of the work mechanical worked completed. (They told us there was a few lights/sensor on in the dash panel that we would need to have looked at.) There were not any lights on before the accident. Also they claimed they were waiting for an air bag sensor of some sort for months which was holding up the release of the truck. I was able to get online and make a few phone calls and ordered the part that was needed. I understand parts and things are harder to get during this time but I feel this is a little over the top! (We were also told they could not find a replacement headliner therefore the one from the accident would have a crease. And they were also not able to get a new seat cover there the air bag was diploid so we would need to take the truck somewhere to have the seat sewn at a later date.)

What a nightmare experience!I feel like I experienced old school bait and switch. The salesman either flat out lied to me or I am not sure what. I specifically asked what the difference was between a base model and a premium. He said let me check and went inside to check. He came back out and he told me that upgrading to the premium provided extended range. I based my ENTIRE purchase decision on this detail. This was not the case. The premium vehicle I purchased does not have the extended range. Please do not trust their salesmen and just drive to Tulsa if you need a Ford.

Took my Escape in under warranty for leaking oil. Was told a few hours later than they would have to put dye in the oil to be able to find where the leak was coming from. I would need to drive it for a couple of weeks to get the dye through the system. Great! I like that they want to be sure. Not sure why this took hours to tell me (I had an appointment scheduled so I don't think it was that I was waiting for my turn). Brought it back in two weeks. After a few hours I was informed they did not have the part they needed to replace. It would be about two weeks to get it. Not sure where it was coming from but I went with it. Two weeks later I called to set up an appointment but still no part. A week later I called to check and they were like oh yea that came in a couple of days ago. Not sure why they didn't call. Tried to set up an appointment but was told they didn't have a loaner car (covered in my warranty) but they would call when they had one. Three weeks later they called and left a message. I called back in three hours and they had skipped me and gave the car to another customer. They would let me know when it came back. Three weeks later we still had not heard from them. Called to speak to a manager. Might as well ask to get a hold of the governor. Never got a call back. I called a shop in Tulsa but since my warranty started here I had to stay here. After calling each day for three days we finally got an appointment. Took a week to repair which was fine since we had the loaner. Not sure why it took over nine weeks and multiple trips to get this repair. I will never go back.
