TERRIBLE, We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Jarod (the owner), and the washer broke down 30 seconds into the very first cycle. We immediately called him, and never received a call back that day. After several days of calling the store and getting the "he just left" run around, we did get a reply from him. he has said several weeks in a row now that he will be out "as soon as possible." Now we're still sitting here, with standing water STILL in the washer, and he tells us, "if you read the fine print it states there are no returns." This place is by far THE WORST place I've ever done business with, and anyone would do themselves a favor to heed these words. If you don't want to throw money away, then stay away.

I bought a washer and dryer set from Discounted Furniture & Appliance a few months ago. This included a 90 day warranty. Two months into the warranty the washer stopped working. I called the store and the owner came out promptly and said he would look for a used replacement motor.  After three weeks of having to go to the laundrymat....he finally said that he couldn't find a replacement motor and is bringing over a washer that matches the dryer. After multiple phone calls and waiting...he showed up with a motor that was no better than the first. I called him numerous times and he said he would be back out...but he never showed up. Don't waste your time or money.
