Diamonds Direct - N Pennsylvania Ave

We had an excellent experience at Diamonds Direct!! We picked out my ring in 2021, been married for over a year now and just now getting around to a review. My ring is everything I wanted and our salesman was so patient with us. Gave us a discount once we told him the ring was a little out of our price range. We also went on a weekend they offered 0% APR financing. Couldn't have worked out better. I still love my ring as much as I did the first time I saw it!!

I would like to update you on the wedding band. It was finally made perfect and the manager made sure to send it in the mail promptly after receiving it in store. The manager was very apologetic as he was not aware of what had been going on. He even went as far as discounting us on our rings for our frustrations. The quality of these rings are by far the best I have seen. I just wish they had more locations around the US like in western NY area.

If I could ever give a place more then 5 stars, this place deserves it. Saying that their customer service is near perfection, does not do them justice. The people that work here quite frankly are among the best of the best. They took care of me throughout the entirety of my purchase experience and bent over backwards to make sure everything turned out ok. They have earned a customer for life.

If I could give zero, I would. We went in looking for a diamond ring for our 20 year anniversary. Mo, was our salesperson. She was INCREDIBLY rude once we told her our budget. And because of that we left immediately. Whether someone's budget is $1000 or $10,000, in a place selling something, that is not a necessity and knowing the salesperson works off of commission, you would expect to be treated respectfully. Spend your money somewhere else, WE DID!

Update: I returned to Diamonds Direct to experience the trunk show and sale they had last weekend. I was on the hunt for a watch for my husband and James delivered. Not only did we get a gorgeous ROLEX for my husband, but because of the amazing prices and service I also got a gorgeous eternity Henry Daussi band. You CANNOT beat the quality of service and jewelry in this store. You can sip wine or champagne while you shop and the experience is truly second to none. We will return time and time again for the experience provided at OKC DD. FIVE STARS AGAIToday Wes and the Diamonds Direct staff helped make my dreams come true. From the moment we walked in the sales associate listened to what I liked and brought me to the exact pieces I liked. I ended up with a BEAUTIFUL cushion cut Henri DAussi ring. We just visited Diamonds Direct OKC for the first time and couldn't wait to provide a positive review for our experience. We were welcomed by Ray right away and she went beyond our expectations with her excellent customer service, extreme patience, and great willingness to meet our requirements. She also put in amazing effort to educate us on all things diamonds, ensuring we were getting the best deal tailored towards our wishes. We went to Diamonds Direct after getting an outrageous quote for sizing & soldering my rings from the place where we actually bought the rings. We made a purchase from Diamond Direct early in the year and had a wonderful experience. The staff is professional, not pushing, and quite friendly. The environment is clean. The price for our item was fair and the piece was quality. After owning the jewelry for almost 10 months, a diamond fell from the casing, lost forever. All that was left was the neckless. After sort of writing off the loss, we decided to call the company to see about a replacement. The manager explained the process and was able to work our a situation that was extremely fair. We have found a jeweler for life and I highly recommend them to anyone else in the market for something special.
