For 2025, I set a New Year's resolution to explore a new dessert shop every week, and DBK was the perfect place to kick things off! I discovered it by chance the week before and knew I had to come back ASAP. Their pancakes (or any cake menus, really) are incredibly soft, and the cream strikes the perfect balance --light and "not too sweet." The cakes are delicate, airy, and absolutely delightful.I love that they feature Asian-inspired flavors like ube and pandan, which add a unique touch to their menu. My favorites so far are the vanilla cake topped with fresh strawberries and the pandan cake --it's hard to choose between the two :) I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try their macarons next!

James is loving being able to find quality Japanese desserts in Tulsa for a change! For YEARS around here if I was to ask a bakery (Asian or otherwise) if they had crepe cake, I would just get this deadeye "huh"? Recently I found out about DBK and now I can satisfy that itch that only Japanese style desserts can scratch. Picked up a couple of slices of ube crepe cake and a six pack of the ube and strawberry bbangs. All of it was fantastically delicious! The bbangs are like soft cake tacos stuffed with creme and fruit and the crepe cake was to kill for. I will definitely be making more stops here for sweets!

Stopped by DBK after dining at Sushi House as they are next to each other. They are closed at 8 PM but just happened to open late this particular day because there was a meeting going on inside. Did a quick browse through their assortment of goods and only saw crepe cake as appertaining. They only had two flavors left, chocolate or ube which is yam. Got the ube crepe cake. The cake is not as soft for a crepe cake. It's more tender even with the layering nature of crepe cake. I am not entirely sure if it's because of the ube flavor but the chocolate one looks similar in texture. I really like the sweet level as it is just right, not too sweet.

Stopped in to try and to my surprise they had macarons my husband and I couldn't wait so we ate the biscof ones in the car before heading out, simply fantastic!! will come back again 10/10 recommend next time I'm going to try their boba. Staffs very friendly, fast service someone was placing a cake order so gave me time to look around and decide what I wanted, it's quite quiet inside which I prefer but plenty of seating if you have a group. Would like to add the ube macarons were my favorite not too sweet just right.

My siblings and I really enjoyed coming here the week we visited Tulsa! I came here almost everyday. Kou see is so sweet and so are her desserts! We really enjoyed her pandan cake box. Her homemade icing works so well with the pandan! Its the perfect amount of sweetness. Her buns filled with all sorts of different fillings were great as well. One of my favorites is their ube macaron. The filling is like a mousse texture and literally melts in your mouth. Its a perfect desserts to fulfill your sweet tooth.

I ordered the Japanese Strawberry Shortcake for a birthday party this weekend and it was a huge hit. The cake was not only beautiful but incredibly delicious. Not overly sweet with a perfect texture on the cake. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their offerings.

Pros: so happy to have an Asian bakery here in town. Tried 2 types of cake. My husband loved them. Plenty of parking. Close to my workplace. Reasonably priced. Accepts credit cards. On the day I came, there was some kind of meeting for k pop fans? Teenage girls had tables set up and decorations. It's so great that the owner lets members of the community do this. Very sweet. Cons: so I really really liked the mochi donuts. However they're not like the mochi donuts I'm used to. Usually at other bakeries, I can buy 1/2 a dozen and eat them over several days. Here at DBK, the donuts are super crunchy. Which I absolutely loved! The crunchy with the chewy mochi is perfection. But after a few hours they got too tough and chewy. By the second day, I couldn't eat my leftover donuts. So sad. But I'll definitely be back! No one else in town even makes mochi donuts.

I drove from Owasso and they were closed 3 hours earlier than it showed online. I went again the next day and they only had a couple of options. It's hard to tell when this store has their best options available because I have tried early and late.

They accept Apple Pay and have a variety of flavors available. TRY THE KOREAN BBANG! It is the best dessert in Tulsa!!!
