Lovely facility. Can see they have well-qualified staff.Staff could be more friendly to the kids they clearly don't know so well - they were basically ignored in comparison. Didn't appreciate the staff member(s) spitting on the floor where the children were seated periodically throughout the day of camp. Saw some kids sit in it and realize what it was as they saw him spit yet again - was sad and gross.

Very convenient location. Staff seems to be friendly and the cages are very nice. They also host several camps for a great price. Prefer this place over All Star Sports Complex. It's much cleaner and higher quality.

My grandson and I have been twice and had a nice time. The staff is very helpful showing you how to operate and reload the machines. The space is impressive and you have a choice of a range of ball speeds. Strongly advise bringing your own bat(s) as the selection of bats to use is limited and what they have are dead and/or dented. Also batting helmet. Overall a fun outing to work on your stroke and technique. But BYOB, bring your own bat.

Such a friendly crew, they are always extremely nice and make everything so easy to use. it seems to be under new management and they are really upgrading a lot and making it even better. Can't wait to see what they have coming!

This place is horrible!! Some of the staff is ok. We did a softball day camp, the employees were spitting on the floor where our girls were sitting. Thats disgusting but during Covid times, absolutely unacceptable. One employee was hacking and coughing every where. Enough for our girls to be concerned. There was food left on the floor and benches for days. So if they arent cleaning visible messes they definitely arent sanitizing anything. When called to address concerns staff was rude, and would not return phone calls. The camp was paid up front for 5 days, we ended up only doing 3 days. We ended up having to call corporate. They refunded different amounts to different players so I had to complain as well about why we were not refunded the same amount as others. We even found a review online from 8 MONTHS ago, parents complaining about the employees spitting on the turf where the kids are working. Very unprofessional place.
