Crumbl - 71st Street

I recently visited the newest Crumbl cookie location in Tulsa, and I'm thrilled that it's conveniently close to my home. The opening weekend was exceptionally smooth, a testament to the experienced owners who have successfully launched several stores before. The service is impressively quick, and the cookies live up to the high standards set by Crumbl.Having experienced Crumbl in Utah (where the brand originated) and with my husband being one of the original Crumbl cookie drivers, we have a good sense of what makes a great location. This Tulsa spot certainly qualifies. The store is impeccably clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly, making the overall experience delightful. I'm happy to support such good people and their fantastic addition to Tulsa's desserts scene.

2/06/25 Rude employees when picking up orders for customers I confirmed a order in front of the employee and she wanted to look at my phone It's not policy with the company I drive for Only to confirm the order We have to take a picture of the item during pick up & take another picture when it's dropped off That should be sufficient

Cookies are greasy and lack in flavor. I can make better cookies then they do. Also the price is high for a bad cookie. I will try and make my own cookie with there flavor ideas. They need a pastry chef to help with some R & D. The store is clean and is a modern look. The ordering is simple from the self ordering system. I hope things get better. I wish we had a better cookie place in our area.

Ordered a 12 pack for the first time. $30 for stale disfigured cookies is ridiculous. The box was disgustingly slippery full of butter and cookie crumbs. The cookies were stale and all different sizes and they just kept getting smaller and smaller. The customer service was terrible and cookies are in the trash. Waste of my drive, gas, time and money.
