Cricket & Fig Chocolate

IMPRESSED!! What a great candy shop/coffee shop/cafe!! They have homemade exquisite gourmet chocolates, a beautiful expresso maker making a full coffee bar, they also serve breakfast and lunch. I will admit...I did think the prices were a bit high. But I will say the ingredients are very fresh and cooked to perfection. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with melted Swiss cheese. It was delicious and perfection! The presentation was nice. They served it with my favorite type of lettuce....butter lettuce. The bun was so good and buttery and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The owner mixed me up some honey mustard on the spot and it was the best I've ever had. You can tell they use only the best quality of ingredients, so I do understand why the prices are a bit higher. I appreciate such quality and freshness.Honestly the place was so well put together, even down to the glasses. They were so clean and the ice you could taste the pureness of it. My coke was so crisp! I will definitely be going back there for lunch. I will probably split my meal if I'm with someone, because we were both very full. I want to try their breakfast as well!! Sounds delicious. They have yogurt with your choice of fruit and their in house granola. I bet that's amazing. The breakfast burrito will most likely be my choice tho. The restaurant is very clean and orderly down to all the chairs at the bar facing the same slanted direction. I love how the owner has such a cool handle on the front door. I noticed details like that and I appreciate them so much in businesses. Next time I also want to try a chocolate.

Super adorable place in a cute shopping center. Very cheerful, lots of dog art. Make sure you tip well here because the guy at the counter does everything. He is a cashier, barista, server, busboy, and chef and he's doing an amazing job. We were expecting a more extensive breakfast menu according to the yelp picture. There were muffins, scones, burritos, toast, oatmeal, yogurt and some sides. The muffins and scones are quite small but very good flavor, especially the cheddar scone. The burritos are very large, everyone enjoyed. Our decaf almond cappuccino was so good it didn't even taste like decaf. Loved our experience, was more elevated than a regular coffee shop. Definitely coming back to try the chocolate!

Great little place for a casual breakfast and coffee! We really enjoyed the breakfast burritos. And, we especially loved the name of the business after their two pups. So cute!!! We will be back for lunch and also try some chocolate next time.

One star. $18.50 for a salad. I realize it's 2024 and inflation Infects us all. This does not make a single serving salad worth paying over $20. If you enjoy this type of pricing structure, you are only encouraging financial oppression. Also, the atmosphere is unpleasant as you cannot hear the person you are in the restaurant with unless you yell. Literally there were maybe three or four other couples seated, but the acoustics are so bad that you cannot have a conversation. Staff is smug and will upsell you on a coffee if that's all you ask for while charging $18.50 for a salad.

If you want to buy a gift for someone the chocolates are great. Went here for breakfast and the food was great. The staff are friendly and the coffee excellent. I will be back.

Their chocolates are exceptional- we are huge fans, really well done assortment and unique flavors. One of the best cups of coffee in town. Great cozy, atmosphere. Always excellent service.

Delicious cheddar and bacon scone and Americano! Don't be daunted by the construction that almost hides their entrance. You'll be rewarded with their cozy, welcoming interior, and friendly, enthusiastic staff.

How do I get more stars to show? This is a once in a lifetime find. The menu is not fancy but everything is expertly prepared with ingredients second to none. Excellent flavor profiles, perfectly cooked ... you will enjoy your meal. The place has a decent, comfortable decor but is not fancy. This is not a high end place but you wouldn't know it if someone brought you food to go. The staff is incredible. Randy, Daniel, Kat, et. al. do an outstanding job, are very friendly, very helpful. Prices are reasonable. I like the place so much I joked about having to get an apartment near by so I could drop in daily. And don't forget to have one of the in-house, top-of-the-line chocolates for dessert. And don't say I didn't warn you. If you are prepared to sell your children, try the liquid truffle (but never share with children). ;-)

Let me say upfront this review is to set the record straight about the one star review. It is grossly unfair. I am a regular, so I feel qualified to say that most customers split the "single serve" salad, Others ask for a box, because they can't finish it. The price reflects the extreme high quality of the ingredients. It is standard practice when the drip coffee needs replenished to be offered an Americano. FOR THE SAME PRICE. She cut him off before he could finish. That isn't up selling. As far as acoustics, I would be interested to know what restaurant doesn't get noisy when crowded. It isn't a music venue. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but to damn a place without having your facts straight. She didn't even order the salad.As for staff being smug, never in my experience. The individual who wrote the review has a chip on her shoulder roughly the size of Detroit

I go there for their Tulsa Flag chocolates that are super delicious and make unique gifts.
