I have to admit, I was skeptical but I am really glad I tried it! Ive been curious about this place for awhile but I will tell you its pretty darn good. Their cheese curds are amazing! Everything i have had was cooked after i ordered it so it was super fresh! They have cowboy candy i think is what its called and it was great too. Their coneys are better then sonics in my opinion. They have decent burgers and their chicken tenders were killer. Im a big fan of this place now. The service is always great and everyone is so nice. Its truly a relaxed experience with great food being the outcome. They do accept cards and cash.

Nothing like good ole southern fried foods. This place definitely is amazing. The Steak fingers basket (which is what I got) is definitely good. The exterior of the Steak finger is fried to literal perfection as it has a nice crunch, but the meat isn't dried out or anything. My wife got a 1/4 pound cheeseburger and it has a good size to it. I went ahead and took a bite of it myself and the beef has such good flavor, which I find to be rare at places where the food comes out pretty quick. The fried mushrooms are no different as they have a good crunchy coating and then nice mushrooms inside. The spicy fried pickles are also amazing. The pickles are a good thickness, and of course there's a nice crunch on the batter. The spicy is delayed, which I like, and isn't catch your mouth on fire spicy. Lastly, the cherry limeade here is the best cherry limeade i've had. The lady who took our order was very kind and patient as there ended up being some communication issues at one point that got solved nicely and smoothly. She also helped our order be less expensive in that there was a special today on the steak fingers that i didn't know of and helped us save a dollar or two. Regarding the ambiance of the place..... it's a drive in. If you don't like the "ambiance" then you don't like the inside of your own vehicle. Overall a great place and I will return to try their chicken and "twisters"

Fresh food made when ordered, quick and friendly service. We stayed at a hotel next door, walked over and enjoyed dinner on the patio.

I am going to be totally honest. I love catfish but I am used to Texas and Missouri where the fish fries result in crispy fish, not soggy or soon soggy after you get it. I also am extremely picky about the mudstrip. Some places you will see part of the mudstrip in the fish. That makes the taste horrendous. Since moving here, I have only found 3 places who can actually make catfish right, but the best of the 3 is now Coweta Drive-In. They are better than Sports Page, which used to be the only place I would get it here (only available on Tuesdays) and Billy Rays. Of those 2 Sports Page holds it crisp longer. But now the shining star is Coweta Drive-In because I timed it. I ordered it as a carry out and went to pick it up. From the time I ordered, got home, settled in and sat down to eat it was still hot and still crisp. Took me 30 minutes to eat my 2 filets and my okra and every single bite stayed crispyand here is the added plus: NO OILINESS! Literally! Now, even Sports Page catfish leaves oil on your fingers as you eat. So Coweta Drive-In is the best tasting, crispy, hands down. No visual mudstrips either. Open it.....you will find pure white flesh! That is the sign of quality catfish AND that the mudstrip was removed properly and in totality. If you care about what you eat and if flavor matters you will be pleased. Whatever oil the cook it in is fantastic. No after taste nor, as I said, greasy fingers. And you can either get their fish basket, add extra pieces at 2.00 per piece OR you can simply order however many pieces you want and those will come with tarter sauce. I do wish they had the packets of Louisianna hit sauce but that's hard to find. Besides I have mine in my fridge. Anyway, I suggest you step out and try something at Coweta Drive-In. I could write for days about how good their food is. None of it makes me swell or feel bad which fast food easily causes that in a lot of folks and they do NOT over salt. So if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions you know you can enjoy their food without feeling like you bit down on a salt lick! The employees are top notch. How do I know? I went in and ordered 4 grilled chicken breasts and 4 burger patties for my freezer (they cooked them as normal). As I was leaving, Patty caught me on the other side before I left. "You gave me too much money!" she said, waving a $20 dollar bill! I indeed had and didn't even realize it. But then again, this is Coweta Drive-In. Quality food, quality employees and quality owners who care what you like. Give them your inout and you will find they will go to great lengths to please you even as much as changing a product for something you prefer which is what happened with their steak fingers. Don't tell me others will do that. Where can I get real mashed potatoes made on site when I get fried chicken around here because I am STILL looking for that. Coweta Drive-In isn't a bone-in fried chicken restaurant but I say that because I am looking for a place like that around Tulsa and Coweta that doesn't require me to pay 50 bucks for a dinner just because I want real mashed potatoes and real gravy all prepared by the restaurant. But I am resilient. I steadily continued searching for the best catfish and I found it 8 years after I moved here. Give them a try. Their delicious all beef Nathan's hot dogs with chili and cheese will give you that comfort food feeling. Not to mention pork tenderloin, chicken fried steak, and so on. They're chocolate malts are spectacular! So, as the say "Come get some!". It is better than national chains. And that's no joke. That's why they were highlighted on Fox23. Quality pays off. They know what they're doing. Just saying.
