The people at Cooper's Furniture are very nice people to do business with. They have nice things and they go out of there way to help you. The man Jason that works there handle things for me right over the phone. Thank You so much. Will definitely be back. Nice family owned business

AWFUL. Where do I even start. I bought a sectional and the wedge doesn't fit between the two couches. Called and they asked for photos, they never did anything about it. Sent out a sales rep to check out the situation, told us they'd replace the wedge and make it right but they never did. All they want is to make a sale, don't care about their customers at all. Selfish selfish selfish.

I have been a repeat customer of Cooper's Furniture for many ...many years., Cindy has always very helpful...however this time around I had a serious problem and dealing with Jason...he was not willing to help us at all. We spent over $3000 and in this purchase was 3 twin metal frame beds. 1 twin bed frame, within 1 Week broke , the foot broke off & due to poor welding fabrication and the other 2 metal bed frames were crooked and didn't sit right at all. They came picked up all 3 beds, took them to Muskogee High School, and the kids in class rewelded the frames. A month later they were returned, and All 3 were crooked still yet. So I called them and Jason offered replace all 3 but would be Silver framed not Black the frames that you had purchased. Teenagers came and put them together. Jason nor would anyone else come to the house to actually see the damages. 2 of those were crooked as well, and of course NOT the frames I actually wanted and had purchased and he wasn't offering to provide what I paid for. He refused still yet to come to the house and look at the actual problems, sent his child to take pictures. Still unsatisfied and with furniture that was NO Good and Now NOT what I had ordered, he refused to do anything else about it. He said he did all he can do and that's all he can do. He left us bad furniture...bad experience, poor customer service, but he sure got our $3000 I will Never use their store again and warn others from doing so as well.

I bought a couch, love seat, and Queen size bedroom set from Cooper's Furniture. When the living room furniture was delivered it was ripped by the delivery man on the way in. Long story short-er, I had to file a small claims action against Cooper to get my money back. Also the box spring had to be replaced because of defect/poor quality. Cooper did not want to stand up for the warranty until faced with court action again.

I bought a recliner from Coopers a few months ago. I came in asking for a Lane recliner because I had owned a lot of Lane furniture over the years and I knew it was good quality. The salesman told me that Lane was no longer in business (lie #1). I told him I needed a good quality recliner because I'm a big guy and needed something that would hold up. He assured me that Southern Motion products are just as good (lie #2) so I bought the chair. Since that day they've been out to my home twice to replace a mechanism that keeps breaking and causing the chair not to recline properly. They won't replace the chair or refund my money even after it is clear that replacing the mechanism isn't fixing the problem. So I am stuck with a broken chair that I paid $750 for. It's a shame you can't even trust the "small town" furniture store. So much for shopping local!

Horrible business practices! I bought a couch on 3/6/10 by December 2010 it had started falling apart (in 9 months). Cooper's Furniture would NOT honor their promises/warranties I was told at the time of purchase. I purchased it on sale and the owner, Louise, kept telling me it was on close out (NOT what was represented at the time of sale). My last question to her was if I had paid full price would she have honored the promises/warranty? The answer was NO. Would NOT recommend Cooper's Furniture to anyone. -- AFTER I bought my couch there another family member told me they had purchased a recliner there previously. Cooper's had represented it as a true leather recliner and the price was paid. However, when a repair had been made to the recliner the upholsterer said it was NOT leather. BUYER BEWARE.
