Complete value for money. Good choices for sofa n recliners. Superb dealings by Virginia. We bought 2500$ worth of furnitures and each one of those in top condition. This would have cost us at least 5000$ eleswhere. We will surely revisit.

Just stopped in here to look around. I am ready to purchase two bunk beds, 4 mattresses, and a dinning room table. Asked her how large the bunk bed boxes were and the owner rudely tilted her head to a wall of boxes different shapes and sizes and said "uh that big!" As if I knew which box she was talking about. I then asked if she delivered and she said no when they advertise they have a delivery service. Amongst the old grumpy owner she has crappy furniture that she's selling at a brand new price. Not sure what's happened to customer service these days but it's long gone in her store. I would never recommend someone here. Don't waste your time!

Consignment Furniture was great! They had several NEW things that we got for our house when we moved to Tulsa for great prices!

Just drove all the way across town from Coweta to look at a kitchen island they had posted online. When we got there I had to use the restroom so before we went inside I asked my husband to go tell them why we were there and ask if I could use the restroom. The man was really rude, saying I said there's no public restroom. My husband said well we're here to buy something (which btw was $475) and the man said " I don't care, I said there's no public restroom.". Very rude, not good business practice. We will look elsewhere and never go there again!!

My husband and I went in looking for a dining set, which we found and was paying cash for. We called the very next morning to pay for the table to go and pick up within a couple hours. First the credit card machine was not working, so we could not pay over the phone. When we ask for them to hold it, they wanted to give us 10 minutes to come pick it up, we live in Bristow, so needed more time to drive over there, she then said we had until noon. Once we arrived, no one in the store bothered to acknowledge us, so I had to ask if someone could help us. Once we paid, and pulled our trailer up to load, out of 4 people in the store, no one came to assist us load it. When I ask a young man to help, he stated he could help with the table, but he was busy and we would have to do the rest ourselves. There was no one in the store at the moment. It then began to rain, I ask for plastic and the same young man said he had nothing and went on doing what he was doing. I replied with they were not very helpful at all. The store owner decided to come out and offered a small old dirty rug to cover a 6' table. They all need to work on their customer service skills first and foremost and if your selling furniture, having employees to assist customers with loading is important! What if we would have been an elderly couple? I will never step foot back in this store, strictly because of the service we received!

The manger/main person working there is very unfriendly. I was prepared to make a large purchase but I practically had to chase him down when I had questions. He acted as if he did not want to be bothered. I went on three occasions and this was true each time. The staff was a joy and I appreciate their service. But will not be returning due to this one person who was there most frequently but most disinterested in engaging paying customers. Also, no one wears masks.

Virginia is a dream to work with! My mother went in an assisted living and we had to sell her house... she said bring it all in (3 full rooms of furniture) and within 3 months everything but 2 pieces were sold and she offered to buy them. This is great! No storage fees! no messing with craigs list or heaven forbid ebay! They advertise on Craigslist among other places and seems to have a good pricing structure. Thanks for all your help... we could not have done this without you.

I periodically stop by and have found some great items for my home at reasonable prices. The lady who works there is most helpful and assists in any way she can. She welcomes customers at the door and makes them feel at home.
