I took Dental Assisting my teacher gotten pregnant and left us went back to her home town up North somewhere.. I couldn't stay and get extra practice due to the daycare and the # of staff to children ratio ... I'm having a hard time finding a school to accept their credits!! I'm kind of back and forth of my review. I enjoyed the surg tech program a lot. It was fun and insightful then I changed my course and did the vet asst program online being I had to last min move out of state due to my husband's line of work. Once I finished my training though, they said I could not receive my diploma because I owed nearly 1,000$ to the school. If someone would have told me while I was in school I would have paid it in payments while there. No one told me a thing about owing money. That makes me upset. I paid it and got my diploma later on but once I moved, I received no assistance in finding a job like they promised. I looked for a job on my own and was constantly told my education wasn't valuable enough for employment because it wasn't good enough. How disappointing!! Ugh. What a waste of 30,000$ :(

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with CCC/CSC that I feel compelled to share. I was a student here for only two weeks, but in that short time, I encountered nothing but problems. Since my withdrawal, the school has been completely unresponsive and uncooperative in addressing my financial aid issues.First, they charged me over $1,700 for a "kit" and later adjusted the charge without returning those funds to my account. Despite repeated attempts to get a clear explanation and resolution, I've received no satisfactory answers. It seems like they are purposefully withholding money that is rightfully owed to me.Additionally, I have a $440 Pell Grant surplus that has not been refunded. The financial aid office has ignored my communications, and no one seems willing to help resolve this issue. I was required to send back a letter stating that I wanted my remaining Pell funds. They wrote the letter on the 24th, waited until the 1st of August to send it, and left me with only 2 business days to handle this. I have filed a formal complaint with the FAFSA Ombudsman Group.I want to be clear that I have made every effort to address these problems directly with the school, but they have consistently blocked my progress by refusing to put me in contact with higher authorities. This review is not an invitation for the school to comment with excuses about what I have supposedly done wrong or what they have "tried" to do to help me. The truth is that they have not made any genuine effort to assist me or address my concerns.I strongly advise prospective students to look elsewhere. This school's lack of professionalism and accountability has been a significant source of stress and frustration. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Absolutely do not go here. I withdrew from this school mid covid and 4 years later they are suing me. They are charging me for things I never received as in books, computer, cap, gown, diploma. It's crazy to me they think this is okay. They must really need the extra money because I see a lot of other students have gone through the same thing. Go to Tulsa Tech they are much better overall. Giving a one because I have to. I give this place a 0 star.

From the time I applied, my admissions rep was in contact with me. She told me who i needed to speak to regarding financial aid and even had the appropriate person contact me, instead of just giving me a number to call. I am in my second class at CCC and I am very very happy with my decision to attend, every staff member I have encountered has been phenomenal, from the administrative staff to the instructors. They are all focused on helping their students succeed.

I paid $600 through my tuition for a Atlas laptop computer for my classes in June of 2018, 18 months later the lithium ion battery started swelling causing the bottom of the laptop to crack, over heat and eventually becoming unusable due to the defect. This happened March 2020, just when everything was shutting down due to COVID, I had no success contacting the manufacturer. Nicole Davidson, responded to my email regarding my issue, she informed me that the the company that makes the computers went out of business in 2019, I could purchase a new battery at Best Buy.When I asked her Why would Community Care purchase computers of such poor quality and pass them onto the students and charge them $600 for the computer to have it develop problems less than two years later? She knew that the company went out of business in 2019. Why didn't the school notify any of the students who purchased these devices that the company went under? How are these devices supposed to be repaired? The school should take some responsibility for these computers because now I am out $600 for a computer that lasted less than two years. Her response was, that is the school policy. She referred me to the CFO, Polly Agarwal. I left a VM for Polly stating my problem, she has never returned my phone call. It is so unprofessional and shows a severe lack of concern for their students. I will never recommend this school to anyone because how they handled this issue.

They lie about their program and don't follow the syllabus. Some professors don't even do lectures during the class time at school as the program said it would but make you watch the prerecorded videos as extra homework while they make you extra lab. If you try to talk to someone about problems they tell the professor so you can be targeted. They said only two-thirds pass the program but less than half pass. They do not care about the students at this college and only want your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL
