Spoke with Denise and she couldn't have been ruder to me or my requests. Once she had tired of the conversation she hung up on me without any other instructions. The doctor put in the wrong brand of my meds and rather than let me just call my doctor to fix it she kept saying "I'm telling you what to do" and tried to force me into a co-pay, despite never having to pay for this in the past. I tried to explain that we would rather have a different brand (one that we don't pay for), but I felt like I was being pushed into a co-pay situation to try and get me off the call quicker. We've used this pharmacy many times in the past and have never had an experience like this! Usually they are very helpful. I'm just assuming that Denise was having a bad day, but that is no reason to hang up on a customer.
