Coble's Flowers

I needed to order flowers to be delivered to a local church for the funeral of one of my dearest friends. Coble's was recommended and since I live in CA I took the recommendation and called.Jo was unbelievably kind and helpful. She dealt with the fact that I was having a difficult time giving her the needed info. She didn't have the size plant I wanted so she took my info and spend some time tracking down what I wanted. She called me back and she'd tracked down a plant and we finished the order. She promised it would be there in the morning for the services.I highly recommend Coble's for your floral needs in Sand Springs.Thank you Jo!

I ordered a sympathy plant for a very dear friend. I ordered last Friday and paid a same day delivery charge. It was late on Friday so I expected it to be delivered Saturday. Saturday I received an email requesting my permission to substitute with something comparable which I gave permission. I had chosen a beautiful flowering plant. What they delivered on Monday looked like a plant you would find in a dentist office with a big red bow. I was totally appalled when my friend sent a picture of it. After complaining I was refunded 1/3 of the price and the same day delivery charge. I could care less about the money but felt so badly about the total disregard and disrespect shown with that totally inappropriate plant. My intention was to send love and comfort. I hope this review helps at least one person to avoid getting ripped off.
