Super nice shop & nice employees but the manager or owner (idk his title) was rude and CHEAP. I bought a disposable and opened it in my car and it barely lit up & did not hit. I went back in immediately & They told me they'd charge it for a few mins and it'd be fine, so they plugged it in but it didn't make a difference. The employee told me she'd have to ask if I could swap it out & the manager/ owner told her no bc "it hits" (no, it doesn't) -- but would not look or speak to me and walked right by me as I asked him about it. I said it was weird for a new one to come w a dead battery and they said it happens. Never happened to me before tho. The employee who charged it for me told me to charge it for 45 mins when I got home, so I plugged it in and it didn't even light up. So it didn't charge when they plugged it in at the store either. Very annoying and cheap management style, not going back.

I visit cloud chasers quite often and everything I go I have the pleasure of great customer service from Cody very polite! And always with a smile please keep him he is the reason I keep coming. Thanks, sincerely Anita

Bought several disposable vapes and they last a day, have asked for refund or replacement but the management says no. Will not shop there again. Poor customer service.
