Don't buy a used car from these guys. If it seems like a good or great deal, there's something that they're not telling you. Check the Carfax, get it inspected by a 3rd party. These people will lie to you. Just best to avoid them altogether.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot. It was in transit. I went through a battery of questions about making a purchase (most of which I'm pretty sure I was just being lied to) things like additional fees and mark ups. The claim is they don't have any additional fee "at this time". Which most likely means that they will things like paint protection, tint, wheels locks etc for $5,000. And add that to the sticker price. Nevertheless I ask about get the numbers for the vehicle including MSRP TTL and whatever else and I'll place a deposit on the vehicle. When the vehicle arrives I'll swing by and pick it up. The sales person claimed they don't do reserves.... Every other dealer does but make this one has a policy against it. All in all didn't seem very reasonable on dealing with them so I withdrew my offer and moved on to the next dealer.

Ended up not buying a car from Ronnie Maple and he ended up slandering my restaurant. My dad always told me never to trust a car salesman, but for someone's ego to be so bad that when losing a customer ( cause they aren't any good) they will go and make false accusations on the potential customer business. I can't wait to talk to his manager.

The sales team is rude. I had financing in place called about an SS Camaro, they never answered the questions I had and wouldn't honor their online price or their $500 discount they provide on the website. I even asked could I get an extra key but they said no. (they are a Chevy dealer right?) I worked with PC (rude) & Scott (no follow up) I ended up purchasing a ZL1 Camaro at another dealership with a warranty. Please stay away from this place they are terrible and don't really show they care about customers.

Bait & switch by three different people at this dealership, two of them telling me they are GM's. End of day, I spent over 5hrs and 230miles plus gas & turnpike tolls omit to tell me that their finance team was in training until after 5pm. Then they lose my title to my corvette & again make promises that the owner this time will call me. None of that happened either. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH CLASSIC CHEVROLET of OWASSO!!

This dealership after much conversation explained to me why it was taking so long to pick up the vehicle we purchased. The dealership sales process was smooth with Mike and the Financing department was also painless. Where communication broke down was with the service needing to be done to be able to pick up the vehicle after purchase since we could not take it same day. Sales and finance told us there would be a couple of day delay. It ended up being longer and we talked through it. I'm in customer service so I get it. The only thing I would leave would be for the communication to be stated in a way that states up to ( insert days based on known delays) that way there is not an unmet expectation. In the end, they did right by us and repaired something they didn't have to on an older vehicle. Again Mike and the Team came through and we are satisfied.
