CJ's Butcherboys Burgers

The fellas and I were craving a burger for lunch but couldn't settle on a spot. So, we tossed a few places into a randomizer, and CJ Butcher Boy Burgers won the draw. From the moment we walked in, the smell of freshly grilled burgers hit us--it was mouthwatering. Knowing they butcher their own meat right at the restaurant gave it that extra appeal, promising a fresh, quality burger.The service was super sweet, polite, and genuinely helpful. When they handed me my food, I could barely wait to dig in. I went all-in and got mine loaded, as you can see on the receipt, and it was delicious. The fry sauce was a perfect touch--like a seasoned ranch, and incredibly tasty. Without a doubt, it's the best burger I've had in a while, especially for the price. I'd heard a lot of hype of CJs but I can guarantee it lives up to it.

When a place does only a few items - I pay attention, they do it right, it's kinda legendary.. CJ's very close to legendary - like In & Out burger in the West-It's legend .. ( I get really salty when people compare in&out to what's the burger ? they do not compare!) CJ's is the best drive through style burger place in Fayetteville.. cook to order, so not all that fast, worth the small wait. Service is generally outstanding (last visit they were having a bad day, mostly very outstanding) place is consistent, friendly, clean, and easy to in & out of. Can you tell I'm a regular?

This place has really good fries but it's too bad the burgers don't match. The fries are made in house and seasoned properly. CJ's should either take a step back and fix their burgers or rebrand and have a restaurant that specializes in french fry dishes. I think that would crush too.

Stopped by on the way to visiting a friend. I was excited to try the fries cooked in beef tallow! They did not disappoint! Very good!! The fry sauce was amazing too. I did a take out order. Wasn't that long of a wait, at noon on a weekday. Maybe 10 minutes. My only complaint was that my burger did not get the bacon that I paid extra for. I also had Mayo, even though I requested no Mayo. But since I ate my fries first, and then my burger, we were already 15 min down the road before I realized the mistake. The burger was good though. Just bummed I spent extra for the bacon and didn't get it. Took off a star for my messed up burger order

The French fries in beef tallow? AMAZING. The lettuce wrapped burgers are amazing. A bit more expensive than the normal burger place, but the quality definitely makes up for it. Service runs a little slower as everything is made fresh, but since it is made fresh, it's always hot.

Amazing burger, fries, and fries sauce. I also enjoyed their unique soda flavors. Fast service. I also enjoyed the retro interior design. Would go back again

My son suggested we try CJ's as our usual burger joint is closed on Sundays. I ordered the #1 combo cheeseburger and a water. The fries were the best part of the meal and the burger was also good but nothing special. The time it took to order was ridiculous as you have to answer 20 questions on what you want on it. The wait to get the burger was somewhat ridiculous too.

Food and service is top notch! Best burgers around! The fry sauce has no competition and nothing is even close!

Very very delicious burger. I actually came into try because I saw on Instagram they were starting to use beef tallow to fry their fries over soy oil. I am thrilled with everything. The burger had an amazing taste and value, same with the fries. My date and I got the #1 and #2 (not pictured) combo with a fry sauce on the side for $31, which is a fantastic value. Overall very pleased with the service, value, and price. We will be back!

I have an allergy to beef and my allergy was taken seriously. The cook cleaned the grill, washed utensils and re-gloved. The service was prompt and food was delivered hot and fresh! The young men working did an excellent job!
