I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my sister's birthday. I was told that the delivery driver had been in an accident and that my order was one of three that had not yet been delivered. I was empathetic towards the situation but disappointed that my arrangement was not going to make it in time. I did not like the solution that was provided for me. I was told that they would gladly deliver the arrangement the next day with a happy belated birthday balloon. This shows that they did not want to take responsibility and had no problem putting the blame on the customer by making it appear as though I had forgotten the date of my sisters birthday. I would have been understanding with the arrangement being a day late if they had included a card explaining what had happened and sincerely apologizing for not having delivered it on her birthday.I do hope the driver is okay. But I would not recommend this florist to anyone because they do not act with integrity nor do they have respect for the individual.

I've never had such an dissapointing experience with a flower delivery before.Needless to say after speaking directly to the owner Rita and being told she'd call me back "and make things right" (after looking up my order) she NEVER called me back.I would never recommend this business to anyone, because as the product speaks volumes for itself and the customer service is not worthy. You're better off going to the market and arranging a bouquet yourself for your loved ones

I ordered a plant for a friend of mines funeral. The plant came and it did not look as good as one I could have purchased at a grocery store. When I called to share my disappointment the owner told me she would send me a refund. Refund never came after contacting the owner 3-4 additional times.

I have to say this was the first time ordering from Christina's, I wanted to give my hard earned dollars to a local florist. I was terribly disappointed my mother received them on Friday as per requested, by Saturday the flowers were dying. By Sunday over 1/2 of the flowers were brown & dead. I would not recommend you get your flowers from here!!

Totally disappointing. I ordered the premium country basket and it looked cheap, there was not even close to the amount of flowers that were pictured and the flowers were wilted the day they were delivered. I sent an email to them and never got a reply. I could have done better buying $10.00 flowers at the grocery store and not spent $80.00 here. I won't do business with them again.

I purchase the Deal of the Day for $35 thinking that you were getting the most for your money by the boutique using what they had that day to make a fantastic arrangement. What I got was 2 small yellow lilies and 8 carnations in white and pink. Even with this being the lower of the budget for flowers I expected more. All the other arrangements around that price range had MORE flowers and looked 10 times better. The colors didn't match and the arrangement looks sad because it doesn't fill the vase. If I didn't pay for many flowers at least put them in the appropriate vase so they don't look horrible!
