One of the best features of China House is it opens late, until 11 PM. This is the only place nearby my parents where someone could get soup at a late hour. Unfortunately, the food is very average.There is really nothing special about their special house soup. The broth is bland and they give you a lot of meat. It doesn't taste too great though. The regular egg drop and sweet and sour soup are even better. I would get those over this any days of the week.

My family tried to order food at 9:00 pm 2 hours before they closed (11:00 pm). They canceled our order several times and still tried to take money out of our account 2 more times after already paying. After waiting for a long time at 10:50 we decided we should just head there we got there right at 11:00 (mind you we were calling the whole time nobody would answer) and the place was empty dark and locked up. Didn't let us know we weren't going to get our food. Didn't let us use to coupons online that they offer. Not trying to refund us for our food or replace our order. Rude customer service would barely even let us get ahold of the manager. I work in a restaurant and know this is completely unacceptable and I don't even know how they're still open. Wish I would rate this negative stars.

Wish I could give them zero stars! Eaten here for years and enjoyed it until I found a cooked roach in my food this evening. I mentally cannot ever eat here again and frankly I'd suggest that no one else!

I don't regret eating here, but with so many delivery options with the popularity of Postmates and similar services, there is no reason to venture into this land of grease and mediocrity.I ordered the chow mein and it was random vegetables and bland beef. I'm half Chinese so it boggles my mind how "chow mein" is not a noodle dish.Pretty much everything we ordered was surprising in some (not good) way. It wasn't a total disaster as we knew what we were getting into.Don't go here unless you have some sort of weird unrealistic constraints like your car breaking down right in front of the restaurant and you will also die if you don't get "Chinese" food within the next 30 minutes.And just to clarify, I am not a food snob or a picky eater. I rate everything based on what it is "supposed to be." In this case, it is supposed to be a low-end Chinese restaurant and pretty much fails at it. At time of writing, I have 75% 4 or 5 star reviews, so I'm pretty easy to impress. Nothing against the owners; it's just a bad place to get food, lol.

Food today was absolutely horrible. Have been getting delivery from them for years . The rice was not even edible! I assume it was last nights left over . Wouldn't even feed it to the neighbors cat. Wasted money!

Its a great place to order from when youre at work and dont have time to leave the office. They have a full menu like most and they do have a delivery fee of $12 or more. Might sound like a lot to some, but you get a ton of food. I ordered chicken lo mein, egg rolls, steamed dumplings and shrimp toast. Please stay away from the shrimp toast. I dont know what happened with that but it was burnt and had that burnt taste flavor. I'll be able to update my review once I'm able to go in and sit down and have dinner in house with them. Customer service is kinda and friendly and delivery is quick so your food doesn't come to you cold.

I have ordered large delivery dinners for my family for years. They have never disappointed us. Even at their busiest hours they almost always arrive before their estimated delivery time. The food is always hot and fresh, with consistent favors and quality. My family and I have tried a lot of Chinese restaurants in the Oklahoma City area and China House is the only one we have all been happy with, every time.
