I would like to send a hello out to Dr. Barbara Miller. Next time we are in town you've gotta meet our Finnegan. From. Andrew

I was completely over charged by this Dr. Chad Lewis when taking my two dogs in for boarding. One needed an updated shot and they "required " flu vaccines at this location. This was discussed when making my reservation. What they completely left out was the fact that they are doing exams on both dogs the vaccines are packaged with multiple boosters to have to bring them back for ( basically to charge more for the vaccine) and some flea and tick treatment. This equaled5 times my expected payment for boarding for 2 nights and I had no idea until after I left them there. This vet is criminally charging people without transparency and should cut back on his lifestyle instead of taking advantage of people to make a Buck. Pathetic!

We've been coming to CHV for years for many reasons, but first and foremost is the compassionate care from the staff and Drs. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Miller have always taken the time to fully explain the issues and provide options. At the end of the day we, as furbaby parents, need to know the positives and negatives of whatever decision we make in our pet's health and that is exactly what we've experienced. The staff is super attentive and always willing to help. It speaks volumes when one walks away feeling as though someone else cares for your furbaby like they were their own.

Chimney Hills provides excellent care but like most physicians (animal or human) money is more important than anything. A yearly exam for 2 dogs is almost $500. My first visit (years ago) they quoted a price but then started adding upgrades w/o telling me how much. My bill was almost 2x w/o warning. Dr. Miller appears to be caring but finds fault with everything you are doing/feeding/caring & then recommends extremely expensive alternates. Leaves messages that something is wrong but doesn't explain what is wrong. Front desk & staff is initially friendly but becomes confrontational when questioned. BIGGEST PRO: VERY COOPERATIVE ABOUT ALLOWING YOU TO FILL PRESCRIPTION WHERE YOU WANT

If you love your fur babies like we do, this is THE place. Over the years, we have taken them to Dr Barbara Miller. She and her staff are experienced, caring, compassionate and work with you at a level I have never had anywhere else. I wish I got service this special from my physician.

Fantastic veterinary care! All three veterinarians, Dr. Miller, Dr. Seibert, and Dr. Lewis are all incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate. The technical staff to the reception staff and including the kennel staff all go above and beyond to make sure my dogs and cats have everything they need. I will always recommend this vet!

I have used Chimney Hills for 14 years for Veterinary care and Boarding. My dog passed in 2020, and my son and daughter-in-law gifted me a new puppy for Christmas. I took my puppy right to this place and expected the same quality. However, something has changed in the boarding process. I picked up my puppy and she was dirty and was covered with hard feces stuck to her behind. That leads me to believe that she sat in her own waste for the whole weekend. I was horrified and sad that she was treated this way. I called and text and no one responded. I don't know what's going on but I hope they fix it soon. I've found a new place and they absolutely love animals and they take care of everyone of them. Thanks to yelp I'm able to warn other dog owners.

Being a new resident to Tulsa, I was very apprehensive about finding a new vet for my dogs and cats. Received a couple recommendations from acquaintances, but none of them felt right for what I was looking for in a veterinary practice. We took one of our goldens to see Dr Chad Lewis yesterday. He was awesome. He reviewed her extensive file, asked questions about her history, took his time examining her and listened to our questions and answered patiently. He made recommendations for an ER Vet in case we needed one, for an internist for another of our dogs, and for an opthamologist for yet another. I felt like we are in excellent hands using this practice. The staff was friendly, efficient and great with my dog. Highly recommend them!

I'm a Texas transplant and did interview a few practices in person after I moved back to Tulsa and Chimney Hills Animal Hospital was so kind, generous with their time dealing with 2 dogs! Kind, considerate and knowledgeable! Doctor Seibert was super as were the receptionists and Vet techs. Will DEFINITELY use again for all Sadie & Cadie's needs. Thank you!

Glowing review to this lovely place!! Want to start by saying that we have had many veterinary services at many different clinics. We have had to put a dog down at a different place on the river and it was very cold, very non-conducive to our dogs condition (elevated table tops etc) and overall not a very good environment. We recently had to say goodbye to our best friend and chimney hills was so comforting. They were very flexible with appointment times when we ended up needed a few more hours to say goodbye. I wasn't emotionally able to attend the euthanasia because I knew it would be too painful. However, my parents attended and described it: our dog had some time on a cozy (on the floor, easier to access) bed, lots of petting from the whole staff, and a muscle relaxant to allow him some good peace and rest while he said goodbye. The staff gave my parents plenty of time before offering to begin the process and were so gentle and patient. They also noted that the room at chimney hills was very different-- it was a large, cozy and comforting room (unlike many clinical rooms as you would expect). There were even books for children about saying goodbye to your pet friends. I cannot possible imagine a better place to go through something so sad. I really appreciate that they go to all of this effort to make it family-friendly, comforting for your pet, and kind hearted. I want the staff to know how grateful we are and I want the public to know that this place is worth using! Thank you chimney hills Please know we appreciate that you do the things none of us could bear to do. #notonemorevet
