There was a 35 minute wait. However there shouldn't have been a wait. There were 10 tables available in the bar section 6 tables visible on the other side and about 13 over by the bathrooms so I my opinion there was no reason to make a party of 3 wait. We ended up leaving and having a wonderful birthday dinner at Johnny's We got right in no wait and wonderful service.

Me and Wife went here for a few drinks and some chips and salsa. The service was excellent from the waiter and the server. The food was as good as chilies gets and it is just a Chili's restaurant so the atmosphere is a family/bar atmosphere.

Ok, I've been critical of Chili's in the past over poor service and bad food. This location at least seems to have made a turnaround that gives me hope for the chain in general. In on a Saturday, we were in for burgers and they were not simply good, they were excellent! I don't say that lightly these were really great burgers! In past years Chili's food has been underwhelming and disappointing compared to their early years. Then about a decade or more of not very good, poorly trained staff and "we don't care" attitude. We've noticed a change over the last year, a renewed effort to serve and please the customer. Attentive and friendly staff and higher quality food than we've seen in years. Our attentive waitress asked us how we wanted our meat cooked like many places do. Only they actually did what we asked. The burger had that perfect caramelized and crispy edges while the meat was juicy and full of beefy flavor. The veggies were fresh and balanced. The presentation was perfect!Then the fries. For years Chili's had great seasoned fries then for 10-15 years they were just bad like they left them too long under the heat lands, soggy and tasteless. They seem to be back on track making seriously good fries. Ours came out hot, crispy outside, tender inside. No skimping on the seasoning either. They were just right, I would not change a thing!The host was also attentive and she checked that everything went well on our way out. Chilis, keep this up! These last few times we've been in have far exceeded your past performance and quality and each time has motivated us to come back more frequently. Along with saying thank you to the staff we saw, I know behind them is a kitchen hitting everything just right and management that must be engaged and who care because that trickles down. Bad managers make bad staff. Great leaders have great staff and create a great experience. Keep doing it right and teaching staff to do their best. Welcome back Chili's.

We stopped into chilis on 6/28 for a quick lunch. We sat in the bar and our service was top notch. The food was incredible, especially for a chain restaurant. I believe our waitress was Vanessa. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The manager was incredibly friendly, I wish we could remember her name, tho I remember it was something unusual. All around the experience was amazing. Highly recommend stopping by and trying out the smash burger!!!

Our server today was excellent! High praise to the kitchen crew today. Fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly! Our burger was also cooked to a perfect medium and had the delicious crispy edges. Thanks for a great lunch!

I ordered take out and when I received my order my dessert was vary cold when you get it inside it comes hot I am just very disappointed on top of that they were out of plastic silverware so I had to eat with my hands.

I guess Chilies can only do burgers cause today was my birthday & my friend & I ordered 12pc chicken tenders & double cheeseburger & fries. Burger was good but the tenders had to much gristle in them. Won't order again. Yuck!!! We used Uber eats so the $68.00 we were charged not worth it.

We used the yelp app to join the waitlist, we had 6 people so we expected a wait of 30-45 minutes. When we got there the hostess was very rude, clothing(black uniform) covered in white pet hair. Told us that even tho we use the app to join waiting list, it would be an hour longer than the app said. More than half the tables were empty and cleaned. If It was a staffing issues she should have said we are short staffed and not have been rude. Basically treated us like only the best of the best get into this chilis.

Bring back the Honey Chipotle for the ribs. Some Chili's will still do it for me and some won't, this place won't, and that is the only reason I came in here. They never should have done away with it. They still use it on the crispers but they can't put on the ribs.

We have been happy with this location and have just starting eating at Chili's. We get the 3 for one special and the hamburger and fries have been great. I have also ordered the quesadilla and it was really good. The cheese cake is awesome and I had a chance to compare this cheese cake to Olive Gardens and Chili's was by far better. The first time we went to the Chili's in Branson I ordered a steak and it was really terrible so I will never order steak at Chili's again. Looking back I should have sent it back to the kitchen. The service has been good and besides the steak we have been really satisfied with the food here.
