Chicot Hibachi Express

The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. It's pretty plain inside. I only order takeout, and it's the best fast casual Hibachi I've found in Northwest Arkansas.The portions of meat and rice are really good, but I feel they do skimp on the veggies. Another spoonful of veggies and I'd give them five stars. Prices are fair. One thing I don't like is that the Hibachi Chicken comes with Teriyaki sauce on it. I always request they leave that off. I've seen places that offer Hibachi Chicken and then also Teriyaki Chicken, but never one that only offered the latter. The wife and I usually order one Hibachi Chicken and one Hibachi Steak, then we can share and have a bit of both without paying for combo meals, which are much more expensive.

Hours say they are open till 10PM...Went in at 9:15 just to be told they at "closing early" that day.. 9/5/23...second time this happened to me there... Food is really tasty in my opinion... To the owner: think about your customers, think about your business......

This is the worst food I ever had don't believe in the ratings! Skip this place, if ever possible. Rice was hard uncooked spring roll was cold inside. Chicken was cold. Steak was cold and the fried rice was just horrible.

Giving 5 stars for the food. We tried them out the first week they were open and while the decor needs some work the food was excellent. Portion size was good, prices were reasonable and service was quick. We will definitely be back.

This is pretty decent habachi, and I wanted to like it, but the steak is just very chewy. Like almost inedible and I ordered it medium rare. Such a shame bc the chicken is solid.

Rice is harder than a rock. I dont get how they have not fixed it yet. Should be the number 1 priority

Have eaten here a few times. Tonight we had 2 hibachi chicken dinners, and some crab rangoons. Rice not cooked all the way, and very big pieces of over cooked chicken. Long piece of hair cooked in my chicken and didn't notice until I was pulling it out of my teeth. Crab Rangoons is way too much cream cheese and you can't taste any crab. Spent $62 on this meal and only could eat a few Rangoons. Order is primarily rice, hardly any veggies when you choose 1/2 veggies & 1/2 rice. 1 star for including all sauces & utensils, and veggies tasting okay.

Never in my life have I seen rotting avocado in a sushi roll, the ingredients clearly are not fresh. They also use 2-3x the amount of rice in their rolls that typical sushi would have, which is kind of strange. Wouldn't recommend

The gyoza were goodThe chicken was dry and tasteless. I found the veggies inedible. Ambiance is just a room with some tables. Service was pretty good. In total, I would say this is take out food that would avoid

OMG!!!! I was craving hibachi and me and my boyfriend just happen to find this place and it's AMAZING!!! The service is so fast and the portions are so good for the price! I absolutely love this place, it's so spacious inside and it's very relaxed! It's so delicious, definitely recommend!!!
