Chicken Salad Chick

Really good tasting chicken salad. We tried the Fancy Nancy & the Kelli Cranberry. Both were loaded with chicken salad. The potato and chicken poblano soup poblano soups were good and served hot. All in all a pretty reasonable nice meal for the price.

I've been wanting to try the last few times I was visiting the area and I've finally made my way here and it was just what I expected and hoped for! I had asked the employee what they would recommend and how it works and he recommended the fruity which has pineapple in it and I was sold. Ordering was quick and the restaurant was clean and easy to find a seat. The food came out promptly. The salad was very flavorful and filling and on a wonderfully soft croissant. The Mac and cheese was ok, I would probably try some other sides next time through. I like the touch of the cookie that comes a a little surprise treat. Lastly, they happily cleaned up my place as I was getting up to go. Everyone is very friendly! Looking forward to returning when I'm back in town once again.

If you like chicken salad then you need to get here to get your fix. Stopped in here Saturday to check out all the hype and I couldn't be more happier. I got the regular chicken salad and the Waldorf chicken salad. Both are delicious and fresh. Can't wait to come try more of what this lil place dishes out

Never been to this chain before.I got the chicken salad on white. I also got the potato soup.The chicken salad was good, but the bread was really thick.The potato soup was very thick and packed with bacon, cheese, and potato. It was too rich for me.They had watermelon sweet tea - which was interesting and refreshing.Service was fine.

Always a wonderful treat to pick up a couple of different types of chicken salad. Scrumptious chicken salad, no matter what you choose. We have tried all of the chicken salads they offer and they are all great. My favorite is the jalapeno chicken salad

This place is awesome. Great idea for a simple, quick lunch. This is the only Chicken Salad Chick in this area. It can get pretty busy during lunch so be prepared to wait. My favorite things about here are the friendly, helpful staff, the great app/email with rewards, and the simple menu with tasty seasonal add ons. I love the chicken salad (of course), my favorite being Buffalo Barclay, Classic Carol, and Cramberry Kelli. You can get it alone with crackers or as a sandwich. I also really like their soups. My kids get soup every time. They change daily and seasonally. Broccoli salad and grape salad are the best fresh sides! I could eat just those! My main problem with this location though, is consistency. I got dinner to go tonight, and it was ok, but little things are often missing or incorrect. No topping on the grape salad and on the chicken salad BLT the 2 tomatoes were so thin they fell apart to mush. Not what I was expecting from a BLT. And the last two times I dined inside, my cookie or pickle were missing. Or the side was wrong. Just little things that aren't double-checked, and it seems to happen almost every visit. But overall, I enjoy this place. Good food for a good price. Great lunch spot and perfect for kids!

We always get friendly and helpful service. Great variety of chicken salads and other items. Delicious. Every single one we tried. My wife really likes their pimento cheese.Dining area is clean and comfortable. Drink station is clean as well. Great place for a change of pace from the tired old fast food scene.

Ate lunch here yesterday and it was delicious! I am a fan of chicken salad and this place not only has one type, but 15 different types of chicken salads. You can get it in a sandwich or salad/scoop. They also have delicious soup options. I ordered the fancy Nancy chicken salad in the BLT sandwich with croissant bread and it was delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their meal too.We arrived around lunch time and it was busy, but we were able to order and find a seat relatively quickly. It's a casual dining experience where you order at the cashier and they will bring it out to your table when it is ready. I love the ambiance of the place too!

This place is a new favorite lunchtime spot, but beware, it gets busy at lunch-- meaning you'll have to take your order to do if you're not there early. There are so many chicken salad options. You can choose from sweet or savory. They also offer seasonal options. You can order just as a scoop, on a croissant, or on bread. You can order a regular side or have another scoop of chicken salad for a side. Served with buttery crackers and a tiny dessert cookie. I'm hoping to try all of the flavors. Parking is shared with other businesses in the strip mall, so it can get very hectic during lunch hours.

A great place as far as the food, but if you are after customer service satisfaction you will want to think twice ! They would not serve me a half sandwich in a croissant to supplement the strawberry salad I ordered which was nothing like the picture!! I don't understand why a place with the chicken salad obviously already made up cannot serve a half sandwich on a croissant to make up for their very poor advertising. They did not B even attempt to correct their service.
