I read the reviews and still.went! Food was excellent. I haven't had fresh fried chicken like that in a long time. Piping hot and fresh. The rolls were beautiful and fluffy. Mashed potatoes were on point! The fried pickels were delicious!!!! The food came out in minutes throught the drive thru. We will definitely be back.

The food is decent most of the time, though they can be a bit inconsistent. I usually get fish, fries and corn nuggets. $63 pre-tax, yet somehow they consider $2 to be 10% off? The math doesn't math at this location AT ALL.

I have never endured what I had to endure during my lunch break, it was absolutely unnecessary and even more disappointing when I was given a hard time trying to place and receive the correct order. November 11, 2024 at 2:28 pm, I made a trip from my office on E. Sheridan to Sooner Road and placed an order for a 2pc combo with a wing and drumstick, first I had to repeat myself 3 times and then was put on hold so she can verify if there was wings available. I get to my office and I received a leg and thigh but I paid the extra for white meat that wasn't received. I called them and advised my order is wrong and I'm across town and it was on my lunch break and i have my receipt etc. thinking this will be the standard easy fix but nooooo she proceeds to tell me that she was only going to replace the meat I told her I am back at work and I wanted what I paid for. I don't know who can just eat meat like a cannibal but I cant I ordered a meal and paid for it to be prepared correctly and for this I am getting punished. I would like the meal that I thought I was going to get in its entirety like you received your payment in its entirety now your depicting how I have to receive my food which I already paid for at no fault of mine. I asked for the supervisor ph# and she said its the same number different option, so I called the number picked the different option and the same lady answers and tells me the supervisor wasn't there ( she could of told me this when I was talking to her but at this point she is being patronizing and facetious, this is the kind of torture they was putting me thru thinking this is a game. It is too hard out here for someone to be playing with your time and money. I was fed up at this point and I found the number myself to the owner since she was so proud to advise that its not corporate owned (people think they can do anything with a franchise). I never got the call back so I called the owner which I just lucked up on googling that number and left a message and THEN I called the actual location back my number was blocked how do I know I called from another phone and it with thru so that told me she had no plans on making it right nor telling the supervisor the issue. I could tell she was shocked that it was me on the phone knowing she blocked me BUT this time when I said I was calling the owner she goes, " no don't call him yet" comeback and says that she will replace everything but one side and the jalapeno so fine I advised. So today December 4th at lunch I go to retrieve the remake and when she finds out its me she has a attitude now and starts talking in Spanish to the other workers about me of course you can tell because they all keep gazing at me. A worker pops out and says do you want to wait 20 min with an attitude and I said ummm ok. I sat there for some time and I asked the "manager" who hold grudges if I can get some water she then says with an attitude that it would be .25 cents. well guess what I have had several cups of water there and never had to pay for it but today since she is in her feelings she want to charge me. I said why are you charging me and YOU told me to wait, which I don't understand why I was told to wait because it looked to be so much chicken up but I don't know maybe they didn't have wings but she precedes to tell me that yeah I got to pay for it, I said why do I have to pay for it and I have to wait for you to get yourself together. I said she didnt give me an option she acted like this is what I had to do. (playing with my time and trying to provoke me) She (Alex-mgr) tells me ok when she asked you that why did you say you would wait. I said how am I suppose to know what is under the hot lamp and inventory I thought I had to needless to say she was being unprofessional because she was in her feelings. Then I explained to her that I would never come back here and I'm being treated unfairly and she proceeds to tell me I need to lower my voice but we are at the same level tell yourself that. Then threatens to call 911 by telling the cook to do so on his phone, I said go ahead and she said they will hear you I said I can do one better baby I been recording the whole thing and they will see your lying and needless to say she hung the phone up. I am 50 years old and have never had to go thru such with a simple chicken order and I will never do so again and I hope you don't either. I usually go to the one in Edmond and the one in Yukon and NEVER had nothing like this happen to me before there or anywhere else. The customer service is piss poor. Try at your own risk. You have been warned.

I spent 50 dollars on a 12 piece meal and got 2 small sides enough to feed two people and the chicken was dry and mostly white meat first time is a bad impression for me

We always go through the drive-thru. They are always friendly and patient with us because we can never decide on what to get. They have many delicious choices of chicken and side items plus you get a roll or a biscuit. The rolls are very good. This time I tried the spicy chicken strips and they were so good! Hot, fresh and fast! I ended ordering okra and mashed potatoes and gravy but the corn poppers and fried pickles also sound so good! Next time I will try one of those. They have dipping sauce. All you have to do is ask for it at the window. We will definitely be back soon!

Two stars is two too many. What was I thinking? Oh right, everything around here is closed by 9, and it was this or no dinner. Next time... yeah, I'd go back. I don't like to skip dinner. But I'll hate it.

This is the only restaurant that I've come across that my money wasn't good enough for. For some stupid reason they don't except cash app card even though it's a visa and I've used literally everywhere. I suggest skipping this place. There's to many chicken places in the metro to worry if they are gonna except method of payment or not.

You have an incredibly immature and incapable manager in Alex. She is not ready for a position of authority especially in a restaurant environment. She was flummoxed and out of control because she could not keep up with the pace of the traffic. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes while three cars pulled forward through the line and no one said anything. I called out to get someone's attention and no response. When I got to the window, Alex told the cashier that I had to drive around again even though I had just spent 20 minutes in the heat waiting. Alex claimed she was sorry she could not get to me, but refused to take my order and make it correct.She has zero customer service skill and is a detriment to your company. She has no business managing a store. I eat at this location 2x a week.. You might not care about losing me, but it is obvious you don't really care about customers at all.
