Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

I'm so thankful that OKC has a Cheba Hut. I loved eating there when I lived in Colorado. They have all vege options and different sizes ranging from 4" to 12". I got a 8" power plant and my husband got a 12" kali mist. We ate half the sandwich there and asked for the other half to be wrapped up to go. Our sandwiches tasted just as we remembered. They also have a full bar. Service is quick. I cannot wait to go back!

I've been in search of a good Italian sandwich since visiting Italy a couple years ago. Some have been good, but most are simply OK. I'd been hoping to try Cheba Hut, and was fortunate to find parking. I had intended to dine in, but nearly all the tables were filled. I ordered a medium La Canna Italian sandwich to go and sat down to wait. What I learned was that nearly all of the occupied tables were also people waiting on their carry-out orders. I attribute the wait to their popularity as the staff was certainly not loafing. Still, I'd recommend ordering online and to take your time arriving. As far as the La Canna, I would rate it near the top of Italian sandwiches in the metro. I had meant to have the black olives excluded (or exchanged for green), but they added to the medley of flavors. I should have stopped eating after the first half, but couldn't. The medium is easily enough for two to share, or for a second meal. I'm anxious to try their other offerings. If they are half as good, they'll be great.

Came here with my daughter & her husband. Super fun "joint" with great music. The AK-47 was amazing!!! We also had garlic cheesy bread!! Staff was super friendly.

Not sure when this Cheba Hut opened in PKC but glad that it did! Delicious subs, weed culture and awesome Tarantino murals and other trippy art adorn the walls. Got the sandwich with pineapple and ham but was given the one with chicken - both were very good. Also got the meatballs with Greek seasoning and tried some of the teriyaki meatballs as well (they also have ones with marinara sauce). Assortment of great beverages like Kool-Aid, iced tea (with a sticker of the rapper on the machine) and this nice tamarind drink. Service very accommodating and they bring the food out to you. There is also a nice bar with TVs broadcasting sports games. Awesome spot and highly recommended!

First time coming here and easily became our number 1 sandwich spot. I got the Kali Mist (spicey club) and my fiancé got the Midwest Best (club). The bread is amazing, the veggies taste fresh, the meat has great flavor and the sauces make the magic happen. We seriously cannot wait for our next sandwich date.Beyond the food, the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. The tables and booths are not too close but not too spaced out and the chairs are comfortable. Love the art work and the music!

Always great food, good drinks, and great customer service. My go to for the best toasted sandwiches!

I've been here twice and they've hit the mark every time, succeeded the mark! It's the type of place where you order then go sit down and they bring the food to you but there's also a huge bar with a garage door and an open view of 23rd street. They even have a good amount of parking in the back of their building with an entrance. Anyways LOVE the sandwiches, so great. Super understandable menu like the names their sandwiches but then have what they are in parentheses. I love all the pictures of the iconic celebrities throughout history but I was extreeeemely disappointed that I didn't see Bob Marley anywhere. I know that sounds so stupid but I genuinely didn't like that. Anyways it's still a new fave I've been there twice in a week. GO TRY!

This place was so tasty! Fun environment, with friendly helpful staff. The sandwiches were phenomenal. Cannot wait to return and try more! Full service bar in restaurant, with sports playing on tvs. Great time.

Good sandwiches with creative funny names. Didn't try their kool aid, but will next time!

Your customer service for startersCheba Hut "Toasted" Subs in Okc will never get my business again. I order fr them atleast 2-3 times every 2 weeks. I ordered from them today and tried something new and asked from no mushrooms (cause im allergic )and added a few other things which were missing to only be told ppl make mistakes and he can only help me if I were to drive there today and replace it! Which i obviously can't drive! The customer service is horrible and I will NEVER order from them and I plan on devoting my day off to making sure there whole company knows!
