10/10 always the best! Sweet tea is like grandmas!!! Gizzards are cooked to order mmmm grandpa got me eating those. Daily specials and Wednesday Chicken and Dumplings being my favorite! Ever have a banana pudding craving? They have it here fresh every day!!! And other home made desserts! Chicken chunks are what they are known for, crispy fried white meat chunks of chicken; very tasty. Fried corn poppers, Mac and cheese and baked beans! Wish they had a buffet once a week be nice ! Carrot cake so moist and cream cheese buttery frosting not too rich: mmmm hit the sweet tooth spot: waiting for pecan pie sometime soon hopefully I asked. Definitely will be back .staff is hot and cold mostly teens so you know sometimes sweet and nice then others dry and kinda rude. Drive thru and when daily special runs out it's over .

My favorite place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Location 31th Garnett. The food is fresh and hot. Service fast and friendly. Inside clean and inviting. Workers clean smiling faces and neat.

I've always been a fan of the catfish at Charlie's and it saddens me that the last two times I've gotten takeout it was horrible. Normally the catfish is hot and crisp and really tasty. I won't be going back for 3rd's!

I love their jalapeño chicken that onions in it look like onion rings and jalapeño chicken always fresh they have a great fine broccoli and grape salad Yum mom likes the brown beans on Thursday

I had no idea what to expect since I'm a transplant from Texas and expected to walk into a regular old chicken place. Not the case here! Holy Smokes!!! I was so stoked to see all the sides you can choose from!! It's not everyday you can get such a variety of sides with a great tasting chicken!!! The service was great and everyone was super sweet.

This makes my 3rd attempt to eat at this Location. it's always the service for me. I'm understand being under staff and busy - but it really what it is everywhere.This location has its list of wows.I finally made an ordered today ....i have pulled away several time for several service reasons....Lets add - wasn't worth it.Order a two piece combo at $10.19, was charged 11.89 before taxI ordered double mash for my sides - no spoon - I gotta forkkk (clearly paid for a spoon)No condiments (salt, pepper, hot sauce, or etc).....wasn't asked Just took my order and handed me my order - no smile - no service...so transactional.My chicken breast was chewy and the uncooked wet flour was found under some layers of the chicken skin (yuck) The mash was cool - please serve them hot (I know the container is styrofoam - but yes)Please silently robbing customer , let your menu match watch your charging Services 2, Food 2, Ambiance 0

The food quality has changed - the pieces of chicken have gotten smaller, as the price has gone up. That is not a good matrix for success. The store in Claremore, was always great. I'm not sure what has happened - but it is no longer on our list of "go to"

My wife likes the chicken chunks. If you like catfish Charlie's is top notch! They serve it twice a week. And they have the best carrot cake, banana pudding, and chocolate pie!

Charlie's chicken is always hot and fresh on Thursday have brown beans. My mother loves their brown beans. I love their jalapeño chicken and my husband loves the chunks and all the sides. They have wonderful sides and they have homemade pie cake. Taste yummy.

Good service and chicken. Sides need more flavor. I ordered gizzards for a person and they reported they were not fresh.
