Charlie’s Chicken - Broken Arrow South

Charlie's chicken on New Orleans is tasty place for chicken chunks. My personal favorite is the jalapeño chicken dinner. Mashed potatoes and gravy are tasty. Love their cobbler.

Let me start by saying I LOVE Charlie's chicken. My grandfather even knew the original owner. It's one of my go to places. I was excited to see this new Charlie's go in and it was one of the very first places I went when I got back to the area. A five chunk dinner was over $11! I can't believe how expensive Charlie's has gotten. It's truly sad. To make it worse, the chicken I had was by far the worst quality chick I have ever had from Charlie's. I'll try it again but I sure hope they don't disappoint me a second time.

An employee at the drive-thru window wasn't wearing a mask. That is all I need to know. I won't be back.

If you love steak fingers, this place is for you! They are always so hot and fresh. The chicken chunks are good too, but I hardly ever order them because I like the steak fingers so much. Their side dishes are great too. I recommend the mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli cheese rice, corn nuggets, and okra! The banana pudding is delicious too! It's not a huge deal, but the roll is always stale. It would be nice if they replaced it with either a biscuit or a different kind of roll. I love when they have monthly specials too. Of course the steak finger meal is my favorite. I highly recommend Charlie's chicken!

Outstanding and consistent customer service every visit. Employees are well trained and very friendly. If they make a mistake, it is corrected immediately. Will continue to eat here.

I love Charlie's fried chicken! Today I visited and discovered they have a special for summer. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, but I discovered the chicken is processed! It is not real chicken. And I did not keep it once I got home I put it down the disposal. I do not recommend this.

Way overpriced for what you get. Two pieces of chicken potatoes and roll 10.00. Not worth it won't be back.

Started going to this Charlie's Chicken because the one not 145th would screw up my order 50% of the time in the drive thru. Everything was fine until they finally messed my order up in the drive thru (one meal). Didn't check my order so I was all the way home before realizing the order was completely wrong. Went back and told them the order was wrong and was repeatedly told they could not take it back. Told them I didn't care what they did with it I wanted "my" order. The guy that was working the drive thru grabbed the bag and headed to the back. While I was waiting for my food I see the same guy get mad and through a container of food in my direction hitting the wall ending up on the wall and floor. Then brings my food up and speakers to me in the most condescending tone I've ever heard. I have never been spoken to that way, it was bad enough other customers stopped what they were doing and was looking at him. Never Again. Charlie's Chicken used to be great, they obviously have significant management issues now.
