There was some confusion over my deposit after I moved out 5 months ago. The corporate office has been completely uncooperative despite my having submitted proper documentation to the property manager.

Typically it's not so great living here, but finally after five years living in the houses we finally getting bathtubs.... seriously though the maintenance guy who's doing the tubs, Kenneth is doing a great job and I think he and the other maintenance staff should get some credit because they are making the best of a bad situation of which they aren't the cause of.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!It's been TWO YEARS of us trying to get our deposit back!We've made numerous attempts to get this resolved and nothing has been doneWe've spoken with individuals from management that have made open-ended promises of handling this and have never reached back out to usWe've even provided proof of everything and have given a forwarding address and nothing has ever been sentThis place is a total scam!

Where do I even begin? I've been waiting for over six months to get a dishwasher replaced that's been sitting unable to drain and now has black mold inside of it, my kitchen light needs to be completely rewired and replaced, the master bedroom that I'm supposed to be in has no a/c running to it and I've submitted that as a maintenance request several times only to watch the new maintenance guy scroll through the iPad and mark everything as complete as soon as I submit it while I'm standing there staring at him in the office, the small bedroom has a huge hole in the ceiling from where the roof was damaged during this past spring's severe weather and the water leaked in and they flat refuse to fix it or answer any questions I have about when it will be fixed, and on top of all of that I have fleas from my neighbor across the hall that the office refuses to spray for.Also back in February I had my rent stolen and was never reimbursed or even notified about it. I had to get a ledger from the office for something else and found out that way that I had an entire month's rent stolen from me and there's little to nothing that I can do about it now. So thanks Chapel Ridge. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The new management at Chapelridge Apartments are the best. I have never had any conflicts in getting things done immediately. They Are thehest

Pool hasn't opened in 3 years they don't fix anything they don't spray for bugs ac broke sink broke dishwasher broke slumlords

The worst people to deal with in town. Avoid at all cost. I wouldn't live there if I was being paid. These people will lie and stab you I the back. You have been warned.

Yarco property took over from Price Edwards a few months ago and the improvements that they have made to both the property and the paperwork expedition are miles better. Both the office ladies and maintenance have worked very hard to improve the property and get rid of the trash on property. Everyone wants to move here.
