Chamber Modern American Restaurant

We had a reservation for my wife's birthday and when we arrived the valet was kind a courteous. I would recommend the valet because parking isn't easy to since downtown. Once inside we were seated properly. The restaurant atmosphere was that of the higher end but down to earth if you know what I mean. Our server was well versed on the special of the day. She made some recommendations and we were very happy with our selections. For an appetizer we had the calamari and crab cakes which was nothing short of amazing! Both were almost melt in your mouth good! By far the best I have had. The main course was meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans... the other was pork chops baked mashed potatoes and green beans. Both were good and flavorful. When we do go back I'll probably do just the appetizers. It does deserve a try.

I met a friend at the chamber restaurant in the Tulsa Club Hotel in downtown Tulsa for lunch. The restaurant occupies a beautiful space and the decor was lovely. The service and food have potential and I look forward to seeing some improvements. The selection was somewhat limited and we struggled with getting the attention of our server. However, once we were able to get his attention, he was pleasant and responsive. The table setting and presentation of our food was also lovely. The preparation of our food was adequate, but not as flavorful as I had hoped.

My experience here was fairly opposite what other reviewers shared- I had great service, a delicious and much-needed Americano and some pretty tasty avocado toast at Chamber. I LOVED staying at the Tulsa Club Hotel and thought they did a great job with the decor/ambiance at Chamber. In line with the 20s theme at the hotel, it was clean and had a modern twist. Overall very pleased with my time there

A quiet, and out of the way restaurant tucked below the Tulsa Club Curio Hotel. I ate here for breakfast and had a veggie omelette and coffee. Although they were out of creamer, the honey and milk made the coffee pretty good. The omelette was fluffy and not greasy, which in my book is a culinary feat. Too often Omelettes are slathered with oil, but not here. Well done Chamber.The wait staff was quick and courteous and checked on me several times. Even the manager came out to check on things, but not too much to disrupt my quiet morning. The restaurant was VERY clean and modern in design. You feel like you've stepped back to the 50's. I recommend you check them out.

We ate twice at this restaurant and enjoyed it. I had the crabcake club the first day and the frittata on the brunch menu. The potatoes were definitely over cooked, but the frittata had a very good flavor.

We were here on New Year's day. My friend made a reservation a few days before. There were about 10 entrees dishes on the menu, and the restaurant was out of steak and burger (three entrees) because they had a busy New Year's Eve. There were only five braised short rib pappardelle left at 6pm, and our table ordered four of them. My husband enjoyed his pappardelle, and I like my roasted chicken breast. The portions can be a tiny bit more.We were given three bottles of water for the seven of us. The bottles were only enough for us to get one small glass of water each. It will be great if the bottles were refilled more frequently, or were bigger in size.

I've previously been to Chamber for breakfast on several occasions, and it was very good so I wanted to come back for their dinner. I'm so glad I did! We started with drinks, then ordered the pork belly appetizer. It was excellent! For dinner, we had the NY Strip and the beef short rib entrees. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the beef ribs were so tender. Now, we want to come back for lunch as our server told us they recently started opening daily for lunch. Overall, the food and service was wonderful!

I was very disappointed with the quality of food and service this time around. My last experience was fantastic but the only thing I enjoyed this time around was the charcuterie board.

On the 1st floor of the Tulsa Club Hilton Hotel, it's been completely renovated and looks very nice. Great atmosphere and the restaurant wasn't loud. Very good service and she gave great recommendations. I ordered the friend chicken sandwich with no bun. The chicken was a breading made with buttermilk and is very good! Brussels had a great flavor but for me, I'd like to have them a tad crispy. Their menu is on an iPad and all looked yummy.

Don't sleep on Chamber! Hidden gem in The Tulsa Club Hotel. Delicious every time. Great ambience and excellent service. Always a must when in town for business.
