We were travelling across the country in a used van that was recently purchased, and got a flat tire. Our tires said max psi 40 and the tires on this 1 ton service van were inflated to 80 psi as per the requirements on the inside of the door jamb. We found out after the flat happened. We went to walmart and got the run around, and then we came here. The tech did not sell us a set of tires....he politely explained that the max 40 psi was only for setting the bead on the rim. He expressed that our tires are fine to accept 80 psi for driving and told us he would repair our spare and get us back on the road asap! Our tire had actually picked up a nail.We surely appreciate their honesty! :)

We broke down in Sapulpa while traveling from Indiana to Arizona, we tried calling about 15 places that were booked out for weeks and finally I asked where it's possible to get my car in today. I was recommended cecil & sons, and after explaining our situation they said it would probably take awhile for my car to be checked out, which is okay so we went to a local bar and after one drink was told that my car was good to go. To go from not being able to be seen by a mechanic to having my car back to normal within two hours is a blessing, and we wouldn't be able to make it without this shop. I am so thankful for Marty, who made sure we were taken care of so quickly and that we were good to complete the rest of our road trip. After talking to some of the townies, they seemed to have a great reputation at this shop as well and said they were extremely reliable, which they are and are so understanding of people's situations. Although I probably won't be in town to see them again, I highly recommend this repair shop for anyone that has any sort of car problems or even just a question! Excellent customer service

I needed tires for a big truck that most tire places do not stock. They had a variety of choices and were able to get me in an out within just a couple of hours. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is second to none.

Awful. Indifferent to time constraints. I am not from here but we have been coming here at least 4 times and now I feel like a dumb for believing they would try to keep it up the good work. I feel like they made sure I was last on person left. It really feels personal and petty.

Flew in from California to Tulsa to buy a Flatbed Truck...started to drive home but one of the dully tire blew out ...managed to drive off to this town called Sapulpa ...called a few tire shops but they didn't seem to carry my tire size... 225/70r19.5 Found Cecil and Sons Discount Tires...and Spoke to a guy named Bob...he stated that they do carry my sized tire. I managed to drive the truck there finally meeting Bob...spoke to him and he got my tires taken care of even offered me coffee, a very understanding and dedicated representative of the company.I was only going to changed the one that blew out but decided to changed the front driver side tire also... Overall GREAT Customer Service. I recommend this place to anyone that need their tires changed. It have friendly atmosphere and Great Customer Representative like Bob.

Horribly over charged for a simple front brake job. Their reception staff are trained to work their estimates to be high and to work the paperwork to show it. After they got my truck in they called repeatedly to say the estimates are higher. They charged me over $600.00 for front pads, disc's and 1 12" brake line. They know how to adjust the paperwork to match their exaggerated estimates... I will never trust them to touch my vehicles again.

Trailer had a blow out on interstate in the middle of the night/morning. Wrecker picked up trailer and dropped it off at Cecil and Sons. We arrive soon after open and they have wheel off and what was left of tire off the rim taken care of, there was some tire wrapped around axle that prevented wheel to be remounted. We were told it would be ready by 9 am. Then we were told by 1 pm. Didnt get done til around 2:30. And my son and I had to do most of the work ourselves. At least they let us use their die grinder, pneumatic chisel and a breaker bar so we could get tire from wrapped around axle. Nobody helped us. After getting everything done we could, and the workers got everything around. Nice young man named Marcus finished it up. Marcus was about the only one we seen working out of all the attendants. We seen some very questionable practices in our six hours waiting for a tire to be mounted. We felt like we should of been on the pay roll for as long as we were there and amount of work we had to do ourselves. There was also a older gentlemen and another lady we thought we needed to prepare their eulogy they had been there so long. Very very unsatisfied. Dont know how you can run a business in this fashion. For one your customers should never have to crawl around and do the work themselves. And two no urgency to get customer on their way.

After having the vaca from hell, we ended up here... little did we know the hell-cation was not over. At 3 AM on 7.5.23 our deck over was towed to this location. Store opened at 7:30am. The Son called and was told they would have the tired there by 9 am. No problem. Little did we know.... this was gearing up to be another day from hell. The salesman told us, "We got the wrong size of tube, but if I was a betting man, I would say we could put this one on, but will only have 60 lbs of air instead of the 110 lbs. You just need it to roll right?" I pulled a Karen, "Are you kidding me?! We have to load a F250 on that trailer and go 200 miles! You WILL fix it correctly. How long til the new tube? An hr? Ok. We will go get breakfast and be back." When we got back, no tube..however, they surprised us with letting the son and other half work on getting the tire cut out of the axel, guess they were too busy doing some "interesting" work on other vehicles. They did let them use their tools and grider.....how sweet of them. Son ask how far away the tube was, it was still an hr away. Other half and Son offered to go get it, that was a huge NOPE from the tire shop. So we wait. In this amount of time, we werent sure if we needed to invite the other customers (who had been waiting since the dawn of mankind) to our grandkids graduations or help them write their eulogies, while we were rough drafting ours. Tube finally showed up at approx 2PM. Im not a math wizz, however that seems like a little more than an hr away. Out of nowhere, Marcus showed up and saved the day. He actually worked, then checked all of the tires, and helped raise the deck over off the ground so we could hitch up and get back on the road. There are pics uploaded on their site to see them working on the trailer.
