We were traveling cross country and needed an oil change mid trip. We stayed in Oklahoma one night and went to Cecil & Sons. They went above and beyond by unhitching our trailer, changing the oil and hitching it back on. They were busy but so kind and efficient. Thank you!

I recently took my Ford Fiesta into the dealer for its 40,000 mile check up and it was no surprise when they told me the cheap tires that came with the vehicle were almost done. I knew it was coming so I had been planning on this. I asked the technician to give me a quote on new tires and he gave me a choice of three; one cheap, one average and one over-priced. I went with the average (Uniroyal Tiger Paw Touring) and their price was $444 including all fees and taxes.I then did a search online for tires in the Tulsa area and requested quotes. Most of the websites for these companies are lame. They ask you for all kinds of information just to give a quote. I balked at that, since a company does not need my name, address, phone number and email address just to tell me how much four tires will cost, mounted, balanced and with all fees and taxes.I received a very pleasant email from Troy at Cecil and Sons, and he assured me that they did not need all that information and that he would happily give me a quote, which he did. Their price was $390.28, a considerable saving over the dealer (which I expected).I contacted the dealership and asked if they could match the price. They said yes, that I would need to bring in an invoice from the competitor. I don't have an invoice, just an email but the dealership said they had to have an invoice. That doesn't make any sense because you only get the invoice AFTER you pay for the tires. I went to Cecil and Sons. They offer the same services as the dealership (free rotations, free flat fixing, etc.) for considerabl

Went here to get my Prius looked at. It had what we thought were multiple problems, turned out it was just an air bubble in the engine coolant. They had it diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours, and saved us from having to rent a car for the next day, and charged us less money than we would have spent on the rental. Would recommend.

The last time I needed tires, I called around looking for Cooper tires and this place was nice on the phone and most forthcoming with price. There was about a 1 1/2 hour wait. They have a waiting area with a TV. They were pretty nice and the tires have been good for 50,000 miles, they are 70,000 mile tires. They rotate and balance free.

I recently went to Cecil and sons to have a low tire looked at. Within 20 minutes that had the nail pulled patched and I was on my way. Great service.

I came in expecting to have a flat changed in a timely manner. I was told it was going to be quick and my car would be in within 30 minutes. I showed up an hour later and they had not even looked at it. Overall time I waited was close to an hour and a half and they could not even make the time for a simple flat repair. I would not recommend Cecil and Sons. I would choose another tire store instead.

Bought two new tires and got my rim fixed Which they forgot about the rim, left my brights on so I 30 minutes in the heat to get a jump Then after all that I had a blow out on the new tire I bought the day off due to them not tighten the air chuck thing.. & wanted me to pay for half a new tire for all the troubles but I decided to pay more for more reliable service and tbh I shouldn't have to pay for there mistakes save your time take your car to Walmart or any other place you'll thank me later.

I highly recommend Cecil & Sons. You could probably find a cheaper price, but you won't find better service. I went in today, thinking my tires were overdue for replacement. They inspected and told me the tires still had considerable life remaining; and that they wouldn't recommend replacement yet.Go to Cecil's,. In the long run it's the best deal.

I've been using this local shop for a decade but have had poor experiences on my last two visits. The first was a bad break job that cost a significant amount of money to redo in another state while on travel. We called immediately to advise what happened but didn't even get an apology. We asked them to put the bad break job on record. Even after this experience, I decided to give them another try because of my history with the company and scheduled the first morning appointment for a tune up of the same vehicle. I asked if they had record of the bad break job, which they did not. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for over and hour. Despite being on time for the appointment, it took 3 hours out of my day The service seems to be going downhill. So while I have been a long time customer, not sure I will be for much longer.
