Cavender Ford of OKC

This is a new company in Oklahoma City. The Cavender Auto Family is an 85 year old company that has been delivering excellence in service and sales for generations. My family has bought several trucks and cars and the Cavender service keeps us coming back. They make Confidence happen.

There was a issue about a key fob that wasn't worth mentioning but a few months later I noticed a dealership tracking device installed on my car. I wouldn't do business again or recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT go here for service go to any other Ford in OKC. Ford Cavender's Service department lied to us five times. 1st concern was my engine was making a noise and bouncing -- told THREE times that my engine was okay while in warranty. 2nd for an oil change, never done. 3rd was for two recalls, never done. Now our engine issue never went away & now more frequently shaking and turning off with "no warranty" Called Ford Corporate turns out we are still under warranty almost spent $135 for a diagnostic fee for ZERO reasons. Confirmed that they lied to us several times with the help of corporate. Was told, "I recommend you go to another location that you have more confidence at." You heard it from the source, please save your pockets, and headaches, and avoid going there. Cavender Ford, please train your staff to be honest and provide adequate training. Your frontline, despite lying and saying you weren't afflicted with Ford is a direct representation of your lack of guidance. Truly disappointed and my issue is still not fixed.

The service department is a rip-off. You bring your vehicle in and tell them what the problem is. You pay 189.99 for a diagnostic then it's applied to your bill if you decide to hire them to fix whatever is wrong. However, the labor and parts are horribly inflated at this point. Do not trust Conner! All the service reps work on commission so it's in their best pocketbook interests to get that bill up there. There are other reputable dealerships who don't need to inflate parts and/or labor and we've thankfully found the.

They are great! We have bought several vehicles from here and extremely pleased. We even recommended them to friends and family in our parents bought one right after from them.

Took my Ford Escape in for a check and can you imagine a $476.00 bill to replace the battery. I was livid! After a reasonable conversation with the service writer I ask him "would you be upset if you were given a $476.00 bill to replace your battery?" He had to admit to me that he would be upset as well. He made a small adjustment to the bill. I will never take the car back to the place and I won't recommend them.This was a great let down since Cavender bought the dealership from Reynolds.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. My boyfriend bought a brand new Bronco Sport from them last year. He got an email that parts were being recalled so he tried for a week to set up an appointment and no one called him back.I had to call and demand to be spoken to to make the appointment. We were guaranteed same day pick up and drop off of the vehicle. It did NOT happen. They refused to answer the phone, said it was our responsibility to come and get the vehicle and if not it would be there for the weekend. They also would not give him another vehicle to drive.We then find out there was issues with his battery, so they told him due to being only a couple of hundred miles over his warranty they would be charging him the full amount. After the treatment last week, we should of been compt for something .Terrible customer service and would HIGHLY recommend using another other dealership.

Great and easy car buying experience! It's been one month since I bought my car and I had to leave a good review! I'm giving 5 stars to the great guy, Corbyn (I hope that's how you spell it...) who sold us our car! Called ahead to see a used Mazda they had on their lot and was able to make an appointment for the car. When I got there we were greeted and offered something to drink and the atmosphere was chill and friendly! Test drove the car and Corbin was very friendly and acted like a friend and not a salesman! He also never tried to sell us a ford or a brand new car or something we absolutely didn't ask for. At the end, after our "lovely" experience with the finance guy he walked us out to the car, which he had washed and gassed up, put my new temp plate on for me and congratulated us on our new car! 10/10 would absolutely recommend Corbyn at Cavender Ford of OKC on the NW Expressway!!!I would give a 2 star review for the finance guy who helped us... When we told him we were pre approved finance wise and that we weren't looking to see what their financing could do for us he barely spoke to us other than trying to sell us on that dang cars extended warranty which I totally understand is something they have to do but he made us highly uncomfortable when we said we didn't want the extended warranty. He also tried to tell us he wouldn't get his bonus if we didn't get the extended warranty. At the end he hardly congratulated us on our purchase but at least he shook our hands and thanked us on our purchase.

After a recent bad experience at another local dealership, my experience here was a breath of fresh air. Patrick and Steven were great. Highly recommend checking this place out!
