Cave Springs Coffee

I guess I just don't get it. The ambience is on par for a local coffee shop, but certainly beneath a Heroes, Airship, or Onyx shop.The food is ok.The service is good.The coffee is just plain awful. The roasts are weird and the coffee (I should mention, I drink it black) tastes like there's more than just coffee in there, like additives or spices or something to cover the unpleasantness of (I assume) a bad roast.I still get asked to meet there often as it is close to my home, and when I try to order a drink that sounds nice but isn't a coffee, they're always out of that thing (I've tried ordering an affogato thinking, "at least it'll have ice cream to mitigate that flavor" the last 4 times to no avail)Admittedly, I know lots of people who are "milkshake-like" coffee-ish drinkers who like it.On the upside, I like joyhouse's mission, the staff is nice, and they sell canned drinks and Miss Vickie's potato chips, which are nice in a pinch.YMMV.

This place is sooooo good! I love the baked goods. Coffee is sometimes inconsistent in how it made, but always tastes good. Wish they were open on Sunday.

Don't show up 5 min before closing . Employees are eager to leave and shut the machines off. Not serving coffee until closing time. So disappointed 2 stars because it was a cute vibe inside . Sad I couldn't rate the coffee or pastries.

We love to visit this little coffee shop when we are in town! Not only are the employees friendly and helpful, but the sausage breakfast sandwich was really good. I ordered the Americano and sandwich. Delicious.

If your looking for a great cup of coffee and a treat to go with it you stop here for it. Great coffee and great owners. I don't come here very often but when I do I always get there blueberry Scones. Omg all I can say is fresh and hot. Delicious for a coffee shop

Love, love, loved this place! I have always passed by it on my way to the airport, and always wanted to stop. I dropped off some passengers and rolled through here, and I'm so glad I did! It is a real treasure in Cave Springs. They have all kinds of coffee, teas, bakery items. They also sell local, handmade gifts inside. I ordered a vanilla latte and a cinnamon roll. They were both delicious! The vanilla latte was not too sweet, and you can really taste the coffee. The inside is decorated nicely and they have a lot of tables to accommodate people. The staff was very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. Will I be back? 100%!

Great coffee. They have many sugar free alternatives. I love their breakfast sandwiches. Much better than anything you will get in a drive thru or gas station. They make the to order so it takes a few minutes but the wait is worth it. Another plus is the profits from the business support charity.

Really enjoy the atmosphere and the diversity of the menu, Coffee is always great as well as the service. A hidden gem though for lunch, the sandwiches are fantastic!

Cute coffee spot with good coffee. No almond milk but was able to get coconut milk as a non-dairy sub.

This place is both sit in or drive through. Drive through is a bit cramped but it wasn't very busy when I cruised through. They are now offering kolache's so I had to have one! It was.. ok. Not particularly flavorful and the sausage was a bit tough, but it could easily have been a one off. I had a good iced drink - strong coffee which is great in my book. The staff I interacted with was super nice and seemed patient. I would love to see either a larger outdoor menu or something I can look at to order though- it was hard to see what options were available.
