Catrina Fresh Mex

This is my second visit to a Catrina Fresh Mex location. It was my first visit to a location in Jenks that pushed me to go back to try them again because the first visit was so enjoyable.On this visit I ordered the Birria Tacos with rice and beans. Plus added a side of guacamole and chips. The great thing about Catrina's is the fresh salsa bar that has mild tomatillo, medium and hot salsas, cilantro and onions, plus veggie relish. All of which is super fresh and tasty! The veggie relish is my fav at on the salsa bar!!Service was quick, hot and correct. I wouldn't say that Catrina's is fast food but as quick as they get your order to you, one could consider it fast food. It's rare these days when it comes to fast food to get what you ordered correctly and in this case super good!!The birria tacos were just slightly crispy on the outside with marinated meat, onions, cilantro and melted cheese inside. The birria broth had bold flavors and was great to dip your tacos in. The rice and beans were not overcooked, both rather moist and just right mix of spice and flavor.The fresh guacamole was excellent and really stood out. Definitely one of my new favorites places to order guac.The inside of some of these locations are small but with the type of quick service patrons receive there are usually plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meal. This location also had outdoor seating which will be nice on warm, sunny days.Overall Catrina's is a WAY better choice over many of the fast food chain Mexican restaurants and honestly rival some well established restaurants in town. GO CHECK THEM OUT! You won't be disappointed.

Lots of food for the money. Their burritos are the size of your forearm. Prices are very competitive.

Decent fast service Tex mex. Nothing special about the atmosphere but the breakfast was good and portions large.

Ordered on a delivery app this time so we didn't visit the restaurant in person. Order was correct, fresh and timely. The medium salsa is too spicy for me but I'm a sensitive to flavor spice heat. My husband loves it. Everything was delicious. The pastor quesadillas was full of flavor from the meat. The bean and cheese burrito did not disappoint. I would order all of it again!

I initially gave this place a 5 star review, but the other day I went back with my daughter. We tried to go through the drive thru, but the staff just look at us and ignored us. I pulled around and went inside to order and the 3 women working really seemed like they didn't want to be there. No hello or we will be right with you... just stares and silence. When we finally ordered our to go order I asked her to bag the food and the young girl got angry.. The older woman working spoke no English. The girls working really need supervision and training.

This place has really good tacos, the burrito bowl was great also. They also have a great little salsa bar.

We've only tried the location at 31st & Sheridan. It was dirty. The surfaces were sticky. It appeared nothing had been done to renovate the old Taco Bueno. There were some spices floating in the air that caused my wife and me to be choked up. They have no free water; so, we had to buy a bottle of water to wash away whatever was choking us. Then, the meal arrived. The burrito was assembled in segments such that we had to eat through the beans to get to the meat. Is it really so difficult to blend the ingredients so they can be enjoyed all through the meal? On top of other disappointments, the staff we indifferent and disinterested in our business. We shan't be back - ever. There are too many great Mexican choices to choose from to tolerate bad Mexican food more than once.

I hate this place. Why the f call ahead when they don't make till I get here? I called 30 minutes ago and they said the food would be available immediately. I've been 10 minutes in line and 5 minutes for food and it's still not ready. There's always a wait here. Why the f call ahead?

So I today I placed an order for delivery because didn't want to show up at the restaurant and get people sick. In the notes for the order numerous times requested extra salsas since we ordered 4 breakfast burritos. Order was delivered with just 2 small things of salsa total for 4 burritos. Called and spoke to a male who asked if it was inconvenient for me to come get the salsas that were not added. Once I explained why our order was placed for delivery in the first place just said "sorry". Horrible service and will not be ordering or dining-in again.

Ordered to go, i work 2 minutes from the restaurant, when i got to work my birria tacos were mush the tortillas just fell apart, i asked for cilantro on the side and they didnt give it to me. The birria tacos lacked flavor as well. The chips were good, some chips had no salt while others i had to spit out because they were so salty. The queso was barely heated, and had lots of clumps where it was cold then reheated. They might be okay to eat inside but with the blaring music and staff that talk amongst themselves more than the customers i dont think ill give that a try.
