Catrina Fresh Mex

Delicious food. It's a little pricey but the burritos are huge! There's a salsa bar which is great. I got a side of chips and queso and they give so many chips!

I have been wanting to stop in and try Catrina's Tex Mex since it opened. I'm glad I did, it was yummy and hit the spot. Great quick lunch and prices were very reasonable. The service was good, you walk up and give your order at the counter, find a seat and they deliver it to you. We were on a late lunch but it was still busy inside and in the drive thru. Good space inside and looks like they are adding more tables. I recommend it for a light fresh Tex Mex lunch!

We tried out Catrina Fresh Mex and were blown away by their street tacos and Burrito taco. The guacamole was also a standout. Can't wait to go back for more!Service was great but they need to up their cleaning game.

Catrina is straight up good!!! I have had several items on their menu and I'm never disappointed. It reminds me of a taco truck in a brick and mortar. I don't think you can make a bad choice here.Service is friendly and fairly quick. The food is fresh and the portions are massive. I usually end up with one of their burritos which are well worth every bit of your money.I ended up getting the L.A. Burrito that had steak, fries, beans, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Topped it off with some fresh salsa and of course washed it down with a legit coke in a bottle. It doesn't get better than that!! Enjoy the photos

Cons: my friends always criticize this restaurant. But I personally have never had any problem with them besides the one time my husband and I came to eat here and they didn't have the heat on and all the staff were wearing big puffy coats because it was winter time. but today today I had a problem. I placed an order online and I paid for it. If I hadn't pre paid for it, I would've left. The order was supposed to be ready after 8:15. when I got there, they made me wait 30 additional minutes for my order. Which made me late for work. Pros: like I said, I've never had a problem with this location until today. They're usually really fast when I order food online and pick up the drive-through.

I was in Tulsa and was looking for some quick Mexican Food close by. After doing an online search, I tried this place for the first time. I ordered huevos rancheros. It was a nice portion for a good price. It was also tasty. There is a self-serve area with different sauces. Unfortunately, they were not all labeled, so I didn't know which was spicy and which wasn't. The worst thing about this location was there were lots of flies hanging around the windows. I switched locations to try to find a window with no flies, and I couldn't. Luckily, they stayed by the windows. So all in all, I would go again, but the management team should do something about the flies!

A hit or a miss! I've been to this location 5 times and ordered the same thing 3 of those times; hashbrown burrito with no cheese. The first 2 times, my burrito came out perfectly. Hot and fresh with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and no cheese. There's a significant wait in the drive through because the food is made fresh but, with those first 2 burritos, the food was definitely worth the wait. Today however, service in the drive through was quicker. I got my burrito in record time (about 8 minutes compared to 10-15). Got home and took a bite, happy to see my no cheese request was honored. That was about where my happiness ended. They somehow forgot the hashbrowns in my hashbrown burrito. But they didn't forget the eggshells. Big, small, and crunchy. Today's experience won't necessarily keep me from going back but I'd be lying if I said I didn't expect better.

02-07-2024 11:40 AM, my bride and I decided to try Catrina Fresh Mex on Elm for lunch. She ordered two Pastor Tacos and Horchata. She said the tacos were good and really liked their Horchata - said it was light. Besides the onion-cilantro mix on her tacos, there were lots of caramelized onions with her tacos. She didn't see the 3 taco and drink special until we were leaving.I ordered the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito [huge], one Pastor taco topped with a few raw onions and one strand of caramelized onion, and a lemonade. Taco & Burrito were good. [The photograph of the burrito with their plastic fork shows scale.] When I asked the order taker/cashier if any of the sauces at their sides bar had cilantro [allergy] in them, he said yes (he looked like he was just guessing). I looked at the 3-4 sauces and could not tell either way - disappointing. The mixed jalapeño & carrots were great, lots of limes available along with a tray full of mixed chopped onions and cilantro, bagged plastic utensils, napkins and little plastic cups for sauces, etc.

I tried the street tacos I had chicken, Pastor and steak. All were really good and huge portions. I can't wait to go back and try the burrito. I went through the drive-through and I did have to wait a little bit, but I did not mind because it was made fresh to order.

Most of our party had birria tacos and they were delicious. We ordered funnel fries to go for dessert and while it took quite a while to make, they were hot and delicious
