It is nice to be able to call up a florist and simply say, "this is how much I would like to spend with delivery fees and tax included. Can you make this happen?" I am in North Carolina but wanted to send flowers for Mother's Day. I called the Friday before (last minute anyone? ) talked with Jessica. She was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to help personalize the flowers as much as possible. They delivered the flowers on Sat (per my request) and the arrangement was beautiful! Even a cute lace-wrapped vase to go with it. VERY happy - would recommend.

I've ordered the same bouquets every year. It's the first time I've used this particular florist. I paid to get the "Premium size" bouquet but my wife only got the standard size. So I was rather disappointed. For $100 I was expecting more flower not more green plant filler. I feel ripped off but what can I do other than not use them again? Oh and I called before they were delivered just to see if they had been sent out for delivery. The woman that answered the phone I knew had an attitude. She answered the phone "Catoosa Flower!" Really? Not even a "How can I help you?" And she sounded like she was annoyed by me. She kept sighing in the phone like I was talking her ear off when in fact the whole phone call was under a minute. I'm only giving it one star because the flowers arrived. That was the only thing they did right. Other than that, I won't use them. Customer Service is lacking big time. Flowers were below satisfactory. Save yourself $80 and go get Walmart flowers. Same quality as this place.
