Cathy's Critter Cuts

Had the best experience here! It was my dog's first grooming so I had no idea what I was doing. They talked me through my options with patience. Then they sent me home with an even cuter dog, which I didn't think was possible. I'll be taking my pup here a lot more!

Even on Thanksgiving week, they trimmed my puppy's nails, who is a piece of work, and for a great price.

We've had 3 of our dogs groomed there and all had quality services. We would give a 5 star except we didn't see a price list when we walked in or a list of services and our small teacup (about 5lbs) was charged over $50 which was the same $$ as our medium-sized dog who weighs in at a hefty 60lbs. Otherwise, really nice people and a good environment.

The rudest owners or employees in this shopI had an appointment for my dog to be groomed, and without really even looking at her or trying to brush her hair they told me they won't do anything but shaver because her hair was matted. I brushed her hair every day there was no mats I will never return I don't recommend them at all.

They have been grooming my mom's dog, my mother in law's dog and our dog for several years now. The pups always look like a million dollars, they are well treated and we've never had a single issue with our fur babies

NEVER ever use Cathy's Critter Cuts, Inc. They were so incredibly rude when I came in, arguing about what kind of dog Louis was in front of me but not to me... (I told them he was a stocky and big minature poodle on the phone and was adopted from a horrible situation so not to be left in a crate long. My appointment was lost, also totally fine, but was talked about like I wasn't there, no apologies but they could get him in. I asked for a teddy bear cut and the lady kept saying "so short all over?" I was like well kind of but fluffy? Then she calls me SIX hours later and says he's on the table now but can't remember what kind of cut? So I tell her again and she's like "okay so you're not picky?" I said, "I mean not overly?" They SHEERER HIM and didn't let him out the whole time! He also was kept in a crate after saying they would cater to him. Awful service, awful attitudes and awful cut.

Today is the second time this salon has canceled. The first time, they let me know ahead of time, and it was inconvenient but understandable. This time, it was truly disrespectful of my time. I received a confirmation text yesterday, replied yes, and took my dogs in at 7:30 am as scheduled. Stephanie called at 8:20 and unapologetically said they couldn't get to my dogs today by early afternoon and probably would not be able to get to them at all today. She said they meant to call yesterday and cancel the appointment. I had to find someone to go pick them up because I was already at work. I will never take them back.

This place is great! They love on the pets, they are easy to deal with and do a very nice job

My first use for my Terrier and hey did a good grooming my Amy. Nice and friendly folks. Fair price. I going back. Highly recommende.
