No. I was told I had to check my backpack at the front. I had come in after my 5 am disciplined workout in very nice clothes and they target me as a thief because RGIS was there to do inventory. They were posturing. I shop there weekly. I pay for everything I've every walked out of every store. They wouldn't tell a woman to check her purse or diaper bag at the front. Oh and go to the website to make a complaint?! Look at the picture and tell me who is shady.

First impressions matter. I came here on my lunch break while on a business trip. I walked around the store easily 3+ times. Not a single employee could be found to help me find the products I was looking for. Finally, I gave up and took my items up to the register that had a fairly long line of people at it. After a few minutes, I realized I was going to be late if I didn't leave so I put my stuff on a shelf and walked out.As I was walking out, the cashier called for backup. Too little, too late.

I have been going to Harps for a couple years now and haven't really had any issues other than the cashiers could try and use less bags instead of putting 1 item per bag, wasteful. No complaints about anything else until now.I haven't been feeling well for the past couple of days so my husband decided to drop by the store and pick me up some Nyquil. He gets back and we don't think anything about it and he goes to hand me a cup of nyquil (the cup that comes with the bottle) and he's like, that seems a little too liquidy (after I had already drank it). So I asked him to check the expiration date on it and sure enough it is overdue. It's not overdue by just a couple days, the expiration date says 05/2013. We are halfway through July! You can obviously believe that I am pissed off right now and I will be contacting the store in the morning. My husband just bought the medicine about an hour from this posting and the store is now closed. If you shop here, PLEASE take the time and review the expiration date. I am in the process of switching grocery stores now. NOT Happy at all!

UPDATE: Ok, I've went back quite a few times now and I have to say they have gotten better. The produce has improved immensely. They are doing a great job and have earned my buisness. I would definately recommend now. ****This is a decent grocery store. The first time I went I did not get a good impression but I gave it a second chance. They have decent prices and for the most part the staff are friendly. I have seen better meat section and the produces didn't seem that fresh. I will most likely go back to this store but it won't be my primary shopping place.

This grocery store is out of the way, but worth it. I go for the 5 for 25 deal where I can get 5 packages of meat, cheese, and extras for 25.00 I like the store because it is quiet and easy to shop.

Came in this month and needed to use the bathroom, it was absolutely disgusting and I don't know the last time they have been cleaned. It was nasty. The cashiers were kind as were all of the staff I have met, always kind and willing to help. I am so thankful. I do feel like they were running in a skeleton crew but it could just be one of their slow days and more would come in later in the day. Other than that, there were items in the shelf that don't belong there so it was hard to find the correct price for the things I intended to buy, not only that but there were carts left in aisles that were filled with trash or just abandoned. It shouldn't take very long to get them taken care of.

Don't let disgruntled Yelpers talk you into not trying this place. Their prices are great. I drive about 35 minutes to save money. If your looking to buy grass fed, wild caught-on-full-moon salmon there are plenty of places in Tulsa to spend your money. And if you're wanting to make your buck stretch, by all means, come here.

This place is ridiculous. Needed to use the customer service counter. Not a customer in the store besides myself and 3 workers standing at the registers talking. Customer service booth opened in 10 minutes, and they told me that I would have to wait or come back later. I then asked to speak with the manager, they called the manager, then told me the manager was to busy right now and to come back later.If that's how they handle things then I will go elsewhere.

Worst customer service experience of my life! I stopped by to see if I could have them fax one sheet of paper for me. ( my fax machine has gone on the fritz that morning and the page I needed to fax was time sensitive). I knew they had a fax machine for their business purposes and I figured since they pride themselves on "customer service" evening it wasn't their policy they would fax it fore and simply explain that it isn't their policy to allow the public to use their machine. However I was treated with complete disrespect and told that they would not allow me to conduct personal business there. Now mind you I was a dedicated and loyal customer having spent hundreds of dollars in their store before. I will no longer shop at this pathetic excuse for a customer service driven company and will gladly take my business to the competitor they love to compare themselves to, Walmart!
