Best Mexican food In north west Arkansas Always awesome to get a chance to eat here !!

We love this food truck!Our 2nd time and just as good as 2 yrs ago. Parked on main busy street in school lot.First we do miss the guy that helped us order because the young lady today had no patience with me.So we first just gave in and ordered tacos. Easy way out .We go to car and light bulb went off to look at my last Yelp review. So then we went back and ordered the top item on menu Parbazo. Very good made with Chorizo for $11.00.This place is always busy. It's so true that the best eats, you have a wait.Study menu before you go unless your familiar with Mexican items.This food is the real thing and sauce is hot.

Best Mexican in Eureka Springs. Very authentic, real Mexican food you won't find anywhere else. Food truck at its finest. We had a veggie Pambazo and Enchiladas al Pastor. Amazing! Serving sizes are huge and either bring a good appetite or plan for leftovers. Good pricing, excellent service and easy to find, right off 62. Veggie options. Lots of choices from Tacos to authentic dishes.Takeout service, or there are a couple of covered benches/ tables or just eat in the car. We've lived in ES for a few years and this place is a "don't miss" for both locals and visitors. Enjoy!

Once my spouse and I enjoyed one meal, we had to come back for an encore the next day. As a vegetarian, I most appreciated how they treat their grilled veggies. Get the panbazo, and you'll be coming back for more.

Fantastic!! We happened on Carmen's today after cruising all around the town looking for a lunch spot. My tacos were delicious! My friend had enchiladas which were also yummy. The picnic tables were clean a comfy and provided a great view of the world going by. Definitely worth a visit. Great prices too.

We were visiting Eureka Springs when we happened upon this food truck. Amazing tacos!!! Service was great, they were quick, and food was fresh and hot. Would definitely visit again!Five stars!

Tacos are incredible!! We had the asada and the chorizo. Both are delicious but the chorizo is especially tasty! Great service too. We're excited to come back!

Wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, we both had the Al Pastor tacos and we left wanting more! Great location to sit in the shade and enjoy some great food! Staff was very friendly as well, will definitely come back when we're in town again!

We really enjoyed the Al pastor tacos. Delicious! The service was excellent too. Will try enchiladas next trip.
