Capriccio Italian Restaurant

Our family has spent thousands of dollars dining at Capriccio's, and my mom even recently considered having her wedding reception here. We have rented out rooms and had $2,000 dinners here, but we will never be back.Our family gathered, some drove over an hour, to celebrate my brother's birthday. While enjoying our dinner, my brother went to use the restroom and noticed one of the employees (the one who refills the water and serves the bread) WITH HIS PHONE OVER THE STALL TAKING A PHOTO OF HIM USING THE BATHROOM!He exited the stall and confronted the employee and the employee initially denied it, then my brother checked his pictures and recently deleted. He eventually admitted to it and said that my brother"looked like a kid who used to mess with him so he thought he'd take his picture."My brother spoke to the manager and the employee then denied it. We spoke to the manager after this and the manager (who looked like she could either be the employees mother or aunt) simply said "We are disappointed too, but dont worry- it will be dealt with." Meanwhile, this employee is still continuing to work!Before leaving, my brother motioned for the employee to come outside with him. First, he ensured him that there would not be any physical violence, he just wanted the kid to admit it. Our server came outside and joined us and told us "he's a minor, he's 17, he said he didn't do it and I believe him." He continued to deny it until asking to speak privately and my brother said "Absolutely not, you admit it to me, then deny it to everyone else." Then the employee, publicly, in front of the server and our entire party admitted to taking a photo or at least attempting to take a photo of him using the bathroom. He apologized and I explained to him that had that been a female he took a photo of, or if my husband had been in the bathroom changing my baby's diaper, he would be in a police car right now. He again admitted what he did and said "I've worked here for 2 and a half years and this is the first time l've made a mistake like this." The other server said "We're just going to go back inside, get back to work, and this will never happen again."Not only did we pay for our entire $600 dinner with a simple "I'm sorry" given by the manager, the employee was allowed to go back into work and continue! This is a sexual predator being allowed to continue and wasn't fired on the spot, even after admitting to it!!!We will never be back or spend another dime at Capriccio and I urge caution for other patrons, as there is a sexual predator being allowed to continue working here, with no regard or consequence from management. He is lucky my brother is an upstanding guy who didn't punch his lights out.

We called and ordered carry out on a Friday evening after a snowstorm. The ordering process was easy, and pick-up time was prompt with the earlier snow. It is easy to miss this place unless you are looking for it but don't make that mistake. It is adorable inside. The food was packaged well for us but they went through our order and showed us everything to confirm it was correct. I thought that was very kind. Our food was outstanding. The pastas are made fresh. The veggies in the sauces are still slightly crisp, these are fresh veggies, not soggy frozen ones. The sausage in one of our dishes tasted like it was made in-house as well. The complimentary bread was soft with a crisp crust. They also include olive oil and balsamic to dip it in. We were pleased with our meals. You can't go wrong. I will say the prices we paid were higher than what was listed online.

We really enjoyed our meal and dining experience at Capriccio's. Bless our servers heart, it was a business dinner, so waited on the other party and wanted to visit a while before ordering. She was very patient! The wine selection is nice. The salads are definitely shareable. I had just plain fettuccini and I thought the sauce was very good. My husband had the tomato sauce on his pasta which was pretty spicy but he loved it. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the veal and also a pasta with bolognese sauce. It was not spicy. The portions were plentiful and we took home some leftovers for the next day. They also served bread with olive oil and vinaigrette. The white tables cloths give an upscale appearance and we would not walk in wearing shorts. We definitely will return.

Very good service. We had a table for 7 and they did a good job taking care of us. Friendly and kind! I had the Chicken Putanesca in the effort of keeping low carb. I just skipped the side of spaghetti and I was very satisfied by the chicken dish and the sauteed vegetables. Really delicious!

Despite a bustling dining room, we were seated promptly, which was a pleasant start. Although it took some time for our server to take our drink orders, approximately 30 minutes, this minor hiccup did little to dampen our spirits, thanks to the cozy ambiance that Capriccio effortlessly maintains.The main course was a testament to Capriccio's culinary prowess. I opted for the Chicken Parmesan, and my wife chose the Chicken Puttanesca. Both dishes were served in generous, adult-sized portions that challenged our appetites, yet were so delectably prepared that we savored every bite without hesitation. The quality of the food spoke volumes of the care and expertise behind Capriccio's kitchen doors.Dessert was another highlight of our evening. The chocolate cake I ordered was nothing short of amazing - moist, rich, and utterly satisfying. My wife's choice of Ricotta Cheesecake was equally impressive. She remarked on its smooth, almost creamy texture, which was a delightful departure from the denseness typical of traditional cheesecake, finding it to be an exquisite end to our meal.Our visit to Capriccio was not just about enjoying great food; it was an experience that combined a delightful atmosphere with culinary excellence. Despite the initial wait for service, the overall quality of our meal and the warmth of the environment left us with a lasting impression. We are already looking forward to our next visit, eager to explore more of what Capriccio has to offer. It's a place where food and ambiance come together to create a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Very good food and very good service , even on a super busy night. Many staff members came around to check on us and make sure we had all we needed.

Had dinner here recently and we were pleasantly surprised. The place is nicely decorated and open. We were quickly seated,Drink orders taken and appetizers ordered. Only issue of the night, my wife was done with hers before I even got mine. The calamari was nice and tender and lightly battered. I had the fettuccine bolognese for the main course and the bolognese sauce was one of the best I have had. The portion size was very large. The price was fair and service was very good. A very good experience.

You never know what a person is willing to spend & tip at any eating establishment simply by looking at them. But somehow restaurant staff (across the board) believe it wise. After an obvious false excuse, hey no problem. Stuff happens, he's trying to make it right. But after the mediocre food, I began to think we were now invisible. Now I see.

What a perfect place to celebrate Valentine's Day‼ All our fellow patrons were dressed in their finery with young love everywhere And the food was likewise, superb ‼We started with a bottle of wine from Italy and the first course of calamari and mushroom Capricio... Then the salad course, followed by a perfectly prepared New York strip, fettuccine Alfredo, and linguine with two lobster tails and four shrimpThe dessert was a trio of cheesecake, tiramisu, and a decadent chocolate cake !Cannot wait to come back to this restaurant and feast on that fettuccine Alfredo ‼

This was an amazing meal. I had the beef carapaccio and it was one of the best I had ever eaten. The special was ravioli with Ossining bucco filling and it was delicious. My wife had the mushroom risotto and it was delicious as well Be sure to try this fabulous restaurant next time you're in NW AR
