Nationwide privately owned textbook company with store by campus. You can order books on line too. This building has mostly textbooks, but there a few shirts and hats with school logo. Friendly atmosphere and nice employee.

I usually have a great experience here, but not this time. I was not going to be able to return my rentals on the due date because of a family emergency so I called the store and let someone know and they said that it would be okay if I returned them a few days later. The day before I went to return them I received a charge on my bank account for $599. I called them the next morning and was assured that they could refund the amount to my account with the exception of $75 for a late fee, which I was okay with. When I got there the owner was not there even though I told him when I would be there. The employee that was there told me he went out to breakfast. When he returned right off the bat he just seemed annoyed. He asked if I had three books to return, and I told him that I had only rented two books. He instantly became aggravated and started raising his voice to me. He insisted that I had prepaid for a book and that I had the book. I told him that I never received the book. He said that even if I had prepaid for the book and never picked it up I was still responsible for the book even though it was in his possession. I was forced to pay full price for the book that I never had possession so he claimed all he could refund me was $399, but I would not get it back into my account for 4-6 business days. The owner was very unprofessional. There was no reason for him to be yelling at me, a paying customer. I will not be doing business there again and I will discourage everyone I know from doing business there.

Their customer service is very good. They look at your schedule and pull all of the books you need. When you check out they give you options like renting versus buying, new versus used, and the cost of each option so you can make an informed decision. The prices are always better than their on-campus competition, but sometimes only by a few bucks. Also, they will defer payment until you get your financial aid. I bought my books today, August 13th and my debit card is not going to be charged until October 1st. There is no extra charge for this. I've been burned a few times buying books online. This place might not be quite as cheep, but it is a happy medium between internet prices and on-campus prices.
