Best Tacos in Tulsa! Ex-Californian/New Mexican descendant approved cuisine! I've tried a lot of tacos in my life and this place offers the best tacos in Tulsa without a doubt. If someone can prove me wrong, please tell me. Yet, for now, this place gets my number one spot. I absolutely love their slow cooked shredded meats, corn tortillas and authentic style New Mexican plates offering pork style pinto beans, black beans, green chiles and sautéed veggies. Vegetarians should have no problem finding deliciousness either. I love their spinach enchiladas and their spicy Serrano salsa. Ask for extra sauces! Really happy to have finally found this place!

Great food, great service! Our last visit to Tulsa we noticed the menu had changed and my Hubby's favorite Molcajete dish was missing. Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) went back and ask the chef if he could make it. He was so accommodating and it was just as delicious as always. Never go to Tulsa without having a meal at Caf e Ole!

Parking is a shared lot in the back of the restaurant but depending on the time of day fills quickly and then you have street parking. The server was efficient with order taking and getting us our drinks and refills. The staff was nice but there was little ambiance or character to the inside it might be different on the patio. The food was okay other than the charro beans with chorizo nothing stuck out as an item to go back for. I had the carne asada and got an arm workout cutting the meat as it was fatty and a little tough. My friend got the fish tacos and said they were okay but also nothing stood out for her. For the food a 2 but the service was good so a 3 it is.

I forget about Cafe Ole sometimes because it's just off S Peoria Ave so out of sight out of mind I guess. But then again, sometimes I remember about Cafe Ole and then realize what a great place it is. Very laid-back and casual, they have a very nice covered outside area for seating which is also dog-friendly

Cafe Ole has been a favorite of ours for 20 years. but new ownership is ruining the experience. All our favorites are gone from the new menu and the margaritas are made from a mix not fresh ingredients as has been their tradition. The new staff doesn't want to be there and service is quite poor.We were weekly customers, then monthly and now we don't plan to return. It's very sad and we will miss the Cafe Ole that once was.

First time back in a year. Same owner that has Te Amos and the MK Bistro (which used to be Ol' Vine). Since we love MK Bistro food and service, we decided to check out Cafe Ole. The last time we were here, the service and food were on a decline. We knew the Happy Hour is 2-6pm so we dropped in shortly after two. Immediately greeted and shown to a table on the patio. There were 3 other couples there and it never got more crowded until we left at 3:15. Grace brought us waters and confirmed the Happy Hour menu consists of 1/2 price small plates. We each ordered a Top Shelf Margarita ($12.50), small guacamole ($2), Queso Ole ($6) and had the complimentary chips and salsa which are very good. She ordered the Ceviche Tostada Stack ($7) and I got the Quesabirria Tacos (3 for $7) which come with a cup of consume. We got the perfect amount of food and a very good price. I think next time I would get the regular Queso. It was very pleasant on the patio (atmosphere and music) Our waters were filled regularly and we were checked on periodically. Tab came to $54.38. We added a $15 tip. We'll be back.

They had just started a new menu and I ordered a Cobb salad that came out with basically lettuce. The manager did take it off but my server never came back to see if our food was okay. This place used to be really good.
